So how do I get jump on demand price? They told me I have to give them my old phone, I was like f that, u must think I'm stupid... I to the rep she doesn't know what she's talking about. Apparently they need to clairify things for us.
I'm not sure if the new promo price requires a trade-in or not but you don't need to give them your current phone. I picked up a $30 Android phone at Target and gave them that.

For what it's worth, I told them I wanted Jump on Demand. Told her I would be trading in my iPhone 6 64gb and she said the would credit my account for $350. So yes, I'm trading in my phone but I'm getting money for it.

Has anyone tried to do a regular Jump! (old-school Jump, not Jump on Demand) online? When I try using my wife's line, it only shows me tablets, no phones. It shows her as eligible for a Jump upgrade but won't show us any phones. (Not even Androids or anything. Just tablets.)

I had to go into the store could not do it online.

This. Besides, if Carrier A offers shiny new phone for $800 with no financing options and Carrier B offers it for 20 payments of $40 and you can trade it in for shinier new phone after 10 payments, there's a whole lot of people that are going to go to Carrier B because it's their only option. Notice how after the first EIP/upgrade early type smartphone plan came out a few years ago, every other major carrier followed shortly after.
What most customers don't realize is the ridiclious depreciation. I bought a LG G4 two months ago for $470 paid in full now T Mobile is giving me $217 credit for it on my JOD. Of course I could unload it on eBay or swappa but most don't have the patience for that. Believe me they have some racket these carriers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there only going to give you their price estimate of the phone. Of course they wouldn't give you the same credit for a $30 android vs a iPhone 5s.

A few of us still haven't received their email yet, right? I'm at about 14 hours now.

It can be even cheaper. I bought a $5 flip phone from BestBuy and turned that in. Kept my iPhone 6

For some reason, this makes me nervous. You can turn in a $5 phone and still qualify for the jump on demand and $20/month?

I don't know why people had so much trouble ordering. Mine was easy. Just took a while cuz website was slow

Correct, but if you're just trying to get the promo rate or an ETF reimbursement you'll more than come out on top and can sell the higher value phone on Swappa or somewhere.

I keep wondering what I'll be doing at the exact moment I get the email. I'm so lame haha.

This was a month ago when I switched over to from AT&T. In order for T-Mobile to reimburse EFT fees you had to turn in a phone. It worked with no issues. Don't see why it wouldn't work for JOD but I haven't read the fine print.

They quoted me $350 for my iPhone 6 if I trade that in. Maybe I should just do that and avoid the hassle.

I tried to order online this morning about 3am central. I went threw the jump upgrade process I signed the EIP even got the email with my EIP agreement, but it wouldn't let me threw to the payment option. Irritated, I closed safari and went to work. I guess I can wait for the hype to die down.

I`m about to cancel my tmobile order since my apple order has updated to processing with a Deliver of 9/25. Tmobile still has no deliver yet but I dont think they will change that until its time to ship
