Are the servers still down? I don't think mines will change considering it should be here Monday, and the label was created yesterday, but then again, I've had a horrible time these past two weeks.

Did anyone get a bill for their 1st month on JoD with iP6s+ and iP6s yet? I just received the bill today and it doesn't have the $7 credit that Tmobile is suppose to give us... More phone call with reps tomr....

Edit: On closer look... the paper bill/pdf bill doesn't reflect the $7 credit but the online system does... awesome!

Were you already a Tmo customer? The bill may have came before you did the JOD. Mine applied immediately (online) right in middle of my bill cycle, so I'm a little confused as to what amount to pay.

Does a restocking fee apply if you want to do an exchange? I called, and also did an online chat, but both reps gave me different answers.

It's because it's varies by store and rep. I've had the same store charge it and then not charge it. It's really weird, at least in one of my local stores that is.

Servers are up again. Showing my original shipping date of 09/29.

This may help some people, maybe not. But here in the O(k)C, some T-Mobile stores are corporately owned, while others are franchises. I have found the stores owned by tMobile to be much more knowledgeable and helpful than the ones that are not.

BTW, GF despite poo-pooing the 6s since the announcement (it's not that much better than my 6+, don't need it, don't want it, can't afford it) had me drive her to a t-mobile store within two hours of playing with my RG 6s+. Did I mention this thing is FAST?

Good luck to all the good folks still waiting!

Sorry to hijack, I am thinking of switching to T-mobile, if I get on the Jump program does t-mobile force me to get any additional insurance?

Further, if I upgrade now and get the new phone and want to upgrade to the iphone 7 whenever it comes out next year, what's the procedure? Will I continue to just pay $15 or whatever or will the price go up or is more dependent whatever promotion they are running at that time?

Stopped reading after "sorry to hijack". Start a thread if you have a question.

I don't believe the jump on demand service includes insurance.

I believe you pay extra if you want insurance which will than make it more than $15 a month.

It's a lease program so you kinda want to get the insurance because if something if happens then you're screwed.

You should continue to pay $15 if you decide to upgrade next year.

You are not forced to get insurance but they do recommend it. I didn't get it. You will pay whatever the lease payment is and that depends on the promotions they are having. The $15/month I got over the summer stated that I get the iPhone 6 for $15 and when the 6s comes out I keep that amount. Basically the lease payment was $27 and I get a $12 bill credit each month. I believe the promotion now for the 6s is $20/month

anyone got any updates for their rose gold 6s+ 64gb? i ordered on the 16th and it still says november

I ordered my phone on 9/15. I called customer service on Friday 9/25. The rep told me if I ordered by the 17. I would get my rose gold 6s+ by the first week in October. I received an email about the November delivery also ...One week ago. So lets see!

We just got our first bill with the 6S on it. With bill credits, our bill is the same as it would have been before, however this bill includes our last payment for the 6/6+ and our first payment for the 6S/6S+ so it's about $60 higher.

I ordered my phone yesterday at the store-6splus silver 16gb and they processed the order without asking for any info, like address or email so I'm like don't you need that info? The rep in store says it's already in here, they had an old address that luckily turned out to be my parents in another town. They refused to change it so now I have to drive out of town an hour to go pick up my phone when it arrives, probably after a long day at work. Does anyone know how I might fix the address?

First one arrived: Space Grey 6s+ 128gb. First thing I did was put a Spigen tempered glass screen protector on it, and slide it into a Seidio Surface case. This is the last pic I take with my Samsung Note 3!

Now just waiting on 6s Rose Gold 64gb. It's on truck for delivery - strange it didn't come on the same UPS truck. View attachment 585963

Is this the new Seidio Surface for iPhone 6 plus, or does it have a kickstand?

Just a beef on how the phones were delivered. My 3 iphone 6s Plus's were all placed in a plastic bubble wrap envelope and shipped to me with just the iphone box inside. No other cushion. WTF???? I can just imagine UPS workers playing catch with all these iPHone boxes and dropping a few. Seriously T-mobile.....you're shipping $1000's of dollars in phones and skimping on packaging???

How many of your phones were shipped this way? My came out of the Kentucky warehouse.
Why is that a problem? My company ships packages like that every day and we don't have any issues.

I had 2 128gb rose gold's that I had pre-ordered on the first Saturday when pre-ordering opened. I didn't realize until after it shipped that it was shipping ground. After several complaints to T-Mobile, I received a message on my voice mail that they will credit my account for $100, which I will see in the next 1 or 2 statement periods.

Meanwhile, my 128gb rose gold 6+'s will be here on Wednesday. This is the first Jump I've done on a newly release phone. I'm not sure if I'll do it again.

I ordered 2 phones on T-mobile, actually I picked up a 6S and ordered a 6S+ for my wife. Said at the store it would ship that day (friday), but it does appear to be backordered (64g, Silver).

With that being said, I don't mind if it is backordered but tell me the GD truth at the counter, not some BS you think I want to hear. That (I believe) is what John L. is all about; and a big factor I am leaving ATT.
