just to get this straight, If I ordered the T-mobile 6s from apple.com and paid in full, the phone is unlocked and could be used on either T-mobile or AT&T ? I did this last year with a 6+ , so I just assumed it stayed the same.

Bryan, this is the fine print on the Jump On Demand page:

"Limited time offer; subject to change. For well-qualified buyers. Eligible paid-off smartphone trade-in, lease, $15 SIM starter kit, & qual'g service req'd. $20+taxes/mo ($24+taxes/mo for 6s Plus) for 18-mo lease after monthly bill credits. Must remain on qual'g service in good standing for duration of Lease term. If you cancel wireless service, remaining payments (of up to $$27/$31/mo) become due."

My rep confirmed twice that the contract will have an increased fee but you get a credit every month. Sign the form!

Thank you. You're the first person that's been able to show that to me in writing. No one at T-Mobile has done that nor have they been able to accurately explain what may be going on. Still seems weird though. I will address this tomorrow. I'm exhausted from staying up all night (which got me nowhere, should have just ordered it at 9am instead) and I still don't have any evidence of the other iPhone that I ordered for my second line. I want to see what that contract says....but I still don't have it.

What a cluster.

I'm in a similar boat. I talked to a T-Mobile senior supervisor and he said T-Mobile is aware of the problem and they will come out with a fix probably in 2-3 weeks, but in the meantime, he said we need to sign our contract or our orders will be cancelled. This is bull-crap. No one should be signing a legally-binding contract that lists the wrong pricing. Doing so is incredibly foolish.

Well, if multi-billion dollar corporations are good for one thing, it's their trustworthiness.

just got my eip earlier today...and the order is completely wrong. well, the device is correct, but i specifically requested JoD where i pay $200 down, pay $29/month for 18mos., and then have the option to lump sum pay off after that. my eip shows a normal 24 month financing where i end up paying more than i would if i bought it directly at the apple store. waiting for CS to call me back...

I still haven't received any texts or emails. I ordered at 3:45am EST.

For people who ordered and are now getting their texts - what time did you order at?

I had (and still have) the same issue. I called them a few hours before the pre order, got escalated three times and no one could figure out why. They have one internal document saying it is a known issue but the only solution offered was to clear the browser cookies.

I lost confidence in their ability to figure it out, called 15 mins before and got a cool rep that was willing to stall with me until 3:01.

Why on earth would you do regular jump?

I just noticed that I think the rep did an EIP regular cuz the agreement says 24 months. I wanted to do jump on demand and told him that. Anyone else see this?

I just did it and got the email within the hr.

I just called CS of t-mobile and told me the same, the full price appears on the EIP agreement but we will receive a credit every month.

T-Mobile must have blocked me from calling in for how many times I've called with my screwed up orders.

When I dial 611 from my line it says they aren't available to take calls and the phone hangs up on me.

When I call from my wife's phone I get through. WTH is that?!

The early pre-orders (before 8am) had the information manually entered. That's why we haven't received our emails.

My sister ordered an hour ago and got hers immediately. Apparently for the early callers we're having to wait longer, that's why the texts are going out.

Just got off the phone with a rep enquiring on why I hadn't received an email. She said that they were in the back manually putting in all orders by hand and that I should receive an email some time tomorrow.

Lol I swear T-Mobile has the craziest experiences with preorders...

Same boat. I ordered at 12:20 PST--so right around the same time as you. My email is as dry as the Sahara. And no text either. :(

And I guess I don't mind that as long as it doesn't delay our shipping and make us far back in orders when we should've been first. Doesn't seem like it's fair, though. Making the sacrifice to stay up and all and not getting info/reassurance that people who slept in got.

Currently on JoD iPhone promo, paying $19/mo for a 6+. Just preordered in the store, immediately got my EIP contract to sign, and it has this:

Your first monthly payment of $ 43.58 (e) is due on 10-04-2015(e) , followed by 16 payments of $ 43.58 (e) due on the 04(e) of each month, and a final payment of $ 43.31 (e) due on 03-04-2017(e) .The total of your monthly payments is $ 784.17 (e).

I thought my monthly payments were still going to be $19, anyone know why it's more than double?

I just pre-ordered a 6S 64GB in a store. The monthly payments listed on my contract showed $26. The employee explained (hopefully correctly) that I will be receiving a ~$7 adjustment on each bill, making the monthly total before tax $19. He said Apple does not allow T-Mobile to actually discount a new iPhone, so an adjustment is their way around that.

"Your first monthly payment of $ 27.79 (e)
is due on 10-04-2015(e) , followed by 16 payments of $ 27.79 (e) due on the 04(e) of each month, and a final payment of $ 27.63 (e) due on 03-04-2017(e) .The total of your monthly payments is $ 500.06 (e)."

Not sure why yours might be so high.

I ordered a 6S. My EIP just came in after 17 hours. And it's for a **** 6S Plus. How?!!! I called. I confirmed. I've repeated and had them read it. Even have it typed on a transcript from chat. What is wrong with these morons?!

What do you guys recommend? Going with T-Mobile JUMP! or Apple iPhone Upgrade Program? What worries me the most is Apple Care/T-Mobile insurance. My current iPhone 6 Plus is fully paid off and unlocked. I'm going to sell it and pay most of it off with the money I make... then get it either financed through Apple or T-Mobile JUMP. Thanks!

The first company that can put together a stress-free pre-order consistently even in the high demand years will be the company that I switch to and stick with. I'm tired of stressing for 2 days every year wondering whether I'm going to get a phone or not.

Last year it was Apple and their website. Years before that was AT&T and no stock. This year is T-Mobile and no idea whether I have a phone 17 hours later. 5 multi-billion dollar companies, and not one can put together a program to take a million or two orders per hour for a day or so. What is so freaking hard about this?? String together enough servers, test it and do it! The first company to do it will get my business.

Yahoo! Just received my Jump! On Demand Lease Agreement. Hopefully this info will help you guys.

I finished placing my order around 1:00AM PST. Got a "confirmation number" around 9:00AM PST. Just received the agreement with a stated order time of 5:18PM PST.

To my dismay, all the information is correct. iPhone 6s 64gb Space Gray. $99.99 down. No shipping fee. Monthly device payments of $28.31 (that's the $20.00/month promo + $8.00/month insurance.)

Signed and sent back. Good luck everyone else!
