And I guess I don't mind that as long as it doesn't delay our shipping and make us far back in orders when we should've been first. Doesn't seem like it's fair, though. Making the sacrifice to stay up and all and not getting info/reassurance that people who slept in got.

That's T-Mobile for ya. Same kind of thing happened last year when during the initial preorder weekend they decided to say that Jump! customers would have priority shipping. Mind you, this was AFTER preorders opened. It seems like someone always gets screwed.

If it happens to be me, I can assure you that both of my phones will be free and they will be unlocked days after receiving them. You'd be amazed at how far contacting the right people at TMO goes. Make them pay for their shoddy preorder process--I know I intend to.

I placed my order in the store and signed up for JOD, the quoted price for the 64gig Plus was $99 down, $24 a month... but when I got home and looked at the lease agreement it says $32 and change per month. When I called they said its a promo and will reflect on my bill. When I asked for something in writing they said its noted in my account. Is that SOP? why can I not get in writing the correct pricing? Did this happen to anyone else?

It happened to me too and I became very frustrated that no one at T-Mobile could explain this to me. However, bhenny has figured it out and as you saw in his reply above, he's trying to help people understand what's going on. This has not been a smooth roll-out with T-Mobile and a lot people are confused. Heck, it's been almost 20 hours since I pre-ordered and I'm still waiting to receive a contract on the second phone I ordered.

Anyone else getting the run around as far as having to pay the $100 deposit for 64gb again?

They are saying that I will be charged the deposit again, but then get a credit to my account... Makes me nervous.

lol how is this any different than what I said- easy with the passive aggressive crap. They never know how many they are getting of devices each time. so its all back ordered status till **** comes in. And like last year when we tracked planes literally from china to their distribution centers they don't know what they have in each shipment till they open and process it. Not every carrier gets the same numbers of each size/colour/model each shipment. They just keep processing huge amounts 24/7 that keep coming in and sometimes it's all one colour with no others...sometimes its all mixed colours of a particular size. That's how it was explained last year whent his fiasco happened. Apple never tells the carriers how many of each were made or how many they're getting. They're pretty much kept in the dark. Each carrier just carries on sales with hope they get enough to fill the orders in a timely fashion.

AKA CHILL till Tmobile starts getting phones to know if something is truly back ordered.

I ordered within the first 30 min. have a confirmation number 00119XXX and still haven't received an email yet. The lady said it doesn't change my status, said they just have 72 hrs to send me the email from the order time and then I have 48hrs to sign it to keep my order. Sounds like that has nothing to do with your place in line.

I provided the link to be helpful with the official statement from TMo. The irony of you advising to "CHILL" among that massive post is not lost on me though.

I was also told I have to pay the 100 deposit for 64gb. What I didn't know at the time I got the call to confirm my order was that I was going to end up with a regular equipment installment plan that is a 24-month term, rather than the Jump on Demand agreement I want and requested when I ordered by phone very early this morning! I posted above to find out what others are doing about this situation. You might want to ask customer service or double-check your EIP document closely if you are expecting Jump on Demand (JoD). Hopefully I'm not misleading you but it's worth double-checking everything! I can't believe this whole pre-order process is so screwed up.

Ugh! They screwed up the order and put me on regular EIP and I didn't realize it until after I signed the agreement. It should have been on JOD. On phone now and they are going to try and cancel the order and then I have to wait 24 hours before I can pre order again. order canceled. Place in line gone, but she is gonna call back at same time tomorrow, but she is going to overnight shipping free and give me the option to upgrade for no mula upfront or monthly to get the 64 or 128gb. I won't get it on day 1 I guess, but oh well

lol because I was trying to explain since you said "i would benefit of reading this". No one knows what phones and how many they have. I was saying they can post all the charts they want, they won't know till get they the giant shipments closer to the release date.

Not sure why you have this attitude with me, when the entire process I have done nothing but provide helpful info, names, numbers, things to sign up for to get better notifications (ups first choice and bank/card alerts). I was merely trying to reinforce they all aren't necessarily back ordered. So nothing to be too scared about yet. I don't trust TMobile one bit though-- last year they **** the bed entirely.

Want to come hug it out & share some pizza with me.. You gotta like snuggies though. <-- not sarcasm. lol I will not share breadsticks however.

I have no grudge. It's two people trying to be helpful amongst the sterile communication platform that is the Internet. Best of luck with your order, sincerely.

Edit: and I just broke out my Purdue snuggie again this AM. Really.

T-mobile is lagging a bit in getting the orders input. I was dialing at 10 minutes to midnight PT on the 11th and completed my four orders right after midnight PT on the 12th. I have received one EIP agreement via mail for one of the lines. I noticed this on the email:

ORDER DATE:09/12/2015 at 03:36 PM PDT

Fifteen hours and thirty minutes after I ordered. I guess this means, keep waiting, your paperwork will start to show up.

I also received this text from T-Mobile:

"Thanks for your iPhone order - Your place in line is secure! It's taking longer than expected to send the order confirmation. Don't worry - it won't impact when you will receive your new iPhone. We'll send confirmation in the next 24 hours."

While typing this forum post, I received a call from T-Mobile and they confirmed the other three orders on my account. So now all four are confirmed, arriving on the 25th and I have confirmation numbers. It took over 18 hours but they did it.

Why? Well straight form the T-Mobile rep's mouth: "We expected less orders but have a lot more than expected. We had to call in overtime and off staff to get this moving."

Cosmic Karma though...I checked the EIP for one of the orders and instead of a iPhone 6s Plus Silver 128GB it is only an iPhone 6S Silver 128GB. The only option is to cancel that order, replace the order and lose my place in line. Now instead of shipping the 25th it is 3-4 weeks. On the phone complaining now.

So - Here's where I'm at. T-Mobile completely messed up my orders and I emailed the CEO.

About an hour later I get a call from the Executive Response Team and the guy was very helpful. He helped me fix my sister's JOD order and then he shows me how they applied a duplicate order (for my sister) onto my phone number. He told me not to sign the duplicate order and it would expire in 48hrs.

Also - the order I made at 3:45am this morning on my account NEVER went through.

He then sets me up with another JOD order for my phone number. I currently have the 6 Plus at the special promo price of $19 per month. Since I'm upgrading to the 6s Plus I was assured I would keep the $19 monthly payments and I received a final bill that looks like this.

iPhone 6s Plus - 128GB - Space Gray

This is WAY more than $19 but he assured me the credits would be applied to my account so I would get the special promo pricing I was promised for $19. Has anyone else gotten the 6s Plus at 128GB? Did their bill look similar?

ps they did just send me my EIP at 10pm this evening...but it was sent to the email on the account. not the email I provided them. So there's that. Might make sure you're checking all emails associated with the account.

Thanks! As far as the lease agreement everything looks ok, it says 16 payments of 27.69... I'm on the promo where I get a $12 credit on the bill each month so the phone is $15 per month. So that looks good, but it's listing a $100 down payment which I paid on the iP6 I bought 2 weeks ago when I switched to t-mobile... And they assured me I wouldn't have to pay again on the 6s.

The store reps have all said that I will get a $100 credit on my bill, but I'm just nervous about it.

^ lol nice. Is this a bad time to say I have a roll ride blanket.... <3

I know its probably somewhere in this thread. But whats the deal with the order numbers going from 00119xxx etc to now S0061... etc. Is that nothing or is there a scandal here I should be worried about. The order time even says now 6:31pm tonight. Is that just when they hand entered it, and I'm behind everyone's mom now. Or does my early number/time still prevail?

It's supposed to still prevail.

What is the email you used to contact the ceo?

As of right now: at 3:00am CDT I ordered a regular 6S 64GB space gray. Then called a few hours later to confirm. And then again. Nothing changed.

17hours later I get my EIP and it say 6S Plus!
I call. I've been speaking to the rep for 1 hour and 9 minutes. After waiting and hour and 20 to get the rep.

Now she's telling me I don't have an active iPhone 6 as I claim in EIP right now. And I'm staring at it on my account. Then she says I need to trade a blackberry that I paid off and never used for over a year now for my jump. Then she says I had no jump. Like seriously, what is up with these people?!

spent some time with a CS rep from tmobile that ended in me yelling at him for not having a clue about why i was calling. i repeated my issue a number of times (incorrect pricing on the EIP) and he kept asking me a series of questions that was probably on his sheet (is this for a new line? are you buying a tmobile sim card? etc.).

he then asked me if i lived near a tmobile store and asked me why i didn't just go there to get the problem resolved...which was the last straw. i asked him to transfer me to another CS rep...and then i got disconnected.

i hate these guys.

Would they have been able to help you if you had not yet signed the agreement? I have the same problem but haven't signed yet. I'm waiting for T-mo customer service to call me back (asked for the call back instead of staying on hold). I feel sure they are going to say I will need to pre-order again, but I'll see what they say.

you people are crazy dealing with this, just make a reservation at Apple and either use their upgrade program or pay full price.

I'm in the same boat--I signed the EIP document thinking it was the Jump On Demand program--that's what they told me on the phone when I preordered this morning. I chatted with a rep online who told me that no, I'm in the EIP program and it will cost me $27/month. At that rate I'd rather buy the phone outright from Apple and have more flexibility to resell next year, so I'm going to a T-mobile store in the morning to figure this out and probably cancel my order. I have a phone on hold at Apple but was hoping to cancel it and use the JOD program. I'm peeved.

So frustrated. Called four times starting late last night (pacific time) and all four times I am told different things. First they say I can keep the $12 discount then my second and third calls say no. Fourth time I called she says I can keep it again but all of a sudden my order "never went through".. Keep in mind my third and fourth time calling was about an hour ago, FIVE MINUTES apart. Why was I not notified on my third call it never went through?

@trife what's the secret? I definitely need to get in touch with the right people. After being with T-Mo for about 10 years now and usually very happy with their customer care, this time it has been a headache.

Is anyone else able to go from the original iPhone JOD promo ($15/mo for iPhone 6 16GB and $19/mo for iPhone 6S+ 16GB) and upgrade to the 64GB versions while MAINTAINING their discounts and paying the respective $15/$19? Are we really saving money here or are they just tacking in everything at the end pay out?

HELP!

Thanks in advance!
