This order has been such a. Cluster for me. I just got all the EIP emails. I click to review my order and it takes me to a page where you can manually add in order details.

If you haven’t signed the EIP, you have to use the other links. If you have signed them, then the order can take some time to appear within the system. It also use to be the case that new lines utilized a different order status check link.

The one issue that I can foresee is that if apple replaces your handset under applecare, the phone’s serial will not match that of your t-mobile JOD service. This would mean that you would not be able to trade-up your iPhone.

From my understanding, all you have to do is call T-Mobile with the updated IMEI if you get an AppleCare+ replacement. Don't let a rep tell you otherwise because all they want to do is get you to buy their insurance.

So I ordered mine at 3 am EDT but for some reason my esignature email said "order placed: 09/12/2015 at 04:55 PM PDT" a little worried that ive lost my place in line because on the Tmobile subreddit a mod said something along the lines of orders placed last night were written down but had to be manually entered into the system today -_- . What gives? Hopefully i still get my phone on/before launch day

I also noticed that the order times are completely different, each varying by at least 4 hours from the other thoufh all sayxseptember 12.

^ This is my current situation. Order was placed way early that morning, within the first 30 min. Then I got the email/eip today and it says order placed 9:31pm est. So its vastly off. The guy I did contact said that it shows in their system as a 3:24am order. So I think the eip email order time is just when they created the contract for you officially. *fingers crossed* lol but with them who knows.

Any one has hints on how to know when the order will ship?

I ordered at 12:06 by phone but only got the S0606xxx number at 11am this morning.. S606 is quite far for rose gold.

I can't find any estimate though.

Thanks guys!

With a 606, you are more than fine. Just sit back and relax.

I hadn't signed it yet. I just loaded one at they are quoting me $11 something a month for the 67s plus and $27 something for each of the 6S. All three still have a $99 down option on them. On the phone now, they guy thinks somehow the double order messed things up I guess?

What I thought was going to be the smoothest preorder is turning out not so lol./

My words of advice for all. I already had a 64gb 6+ on JOD. I too was told I could jump to the 6s+ with no extra cost and keep the same monthly payment. I called and ordered at midnight. The rep said I absolutely could not get a 64gb 6s+ unless I paid 99 down. I was upset but then said forget it and decided to get the 128gb if I had to pay a down payment anyway. I then read about everyone getting this free memory upgrade and going from a 16gb to a 128 gb at no charge. I called back at 3am. This rep said there is no such memory upgrade but I could just get a 64gb 6s+ with no extra down payment. I said ok and canceled the previous order and got the 64gb. Today I get an EIP agreement for a normal EIP plan with no JOD they wanted to charge 99 down plus the tax and 24 monthly payments. I called again. This rep said the order was I put completely wrong. He then was able to give me the 128gb 6s+ at no charge. He said there also should be no shipping cost whatsoever on the pre orders. I got the correct EIP 4 minutes later and signed it. Have a new 128gb for free on its way. He also verified I would still be paying the 19 a month after billing credits monthly. I suggest to those out there who have the wrong EIP had to pay for shipping or a down payment for the same memory to call a rep over and over until you get a knowlegible one.

WELLLLLLL we ended the convo with "I need to call you back in an hour". So now I am waiting a call at... roughly 4am lol. Ah well, I was up anyway.

So I received my email however the EIP says that it's an IPhone 6 Plus 128GB NOT an iPhone 6S Plus 128GB. Smh looks like that the 3am call was for not. I'm getting pretty frustrated and if I have to cancel my order and be in the BACK of the line after spending an hour and a half of my night trying to they this done ill be pretty pissed.

Who has Legere's email address? I'm ready to go to war

Back at this again.

Pre-ordered 6S Silver 64GB and got EIP saying 6S Space Gray 64GB, so the guy I talked to put in the wrong phone I suppose. I then called and asked if there was any way to fix this, but the only option was to cancel the order and lose my spot in the pre-order.

I asked if I could go in to a store within the 14 day return range and get an exchange for a silver 6S and the rep said that I could.

Anyone have any experience with this actually working?

I've had the same issue with representative putting the wrong color in the order. However, I am trying the cancel the order route. Well, they cancelled, but now cannot place a new order. I am not happy about losing my place on the line. The only silver lining is that I don't think the iPhones would be in such short supply this time, and hopefully will get the phone soon, perhaps at launch day. Let's see.

What does the e-signature document look like for jump on demand? Mine says eip, isn't that just regular jump though? There's no mention of jump on demand.

Here's the main takeaway from all this: in the year of our lord 2015, there is no reason that orders should HAVE to be placed via telephone. Give me the option, sure. But also let me order online.

All these model/memory/color mix ups wouldn't exist if WE got to complete the purchase.

Wanted to add my name to the list of people getting bent over, last night at midnight i ordered 2 phones, a 16 6s and a 64 6s+, well todays emails were both for the 6s, i called them and got the normal i would have to cancel and lose my place in line (every 6s+ rose is sold out so that would be the worst), and that they couldnt do the no down payment like i have set up now which is kinda annoying.. so yeah T mobile sucks and i didnt join JoD 3 months ago when it started to be ready for the 6s+ i wouldnt touch them with a 10 foot pole but i already signed one contract....

King, on the page thats breaks down the payments the top line should say jump on demand lease agreement

Turns out the rep that placed my order just did a Jump upgrade, not a Jump On Demand upgrade like I requested. Called T-Mobile and they confirmed that she messed up. Since the order was placed already, I would have to place a new order and refuse shipment of my original order. Not good, but they were kind enough to work with me and adjusted the price of the phone so that the payments after 12 months would be identical if I were on the Jump On Demand program. In addition, I get to keep my Jump insurance without paying the extra $8 on JoD! Not bad. Not happy that the original person messed up, but at least they didn't flat out say there's nothing they could do!

BTW, can someone confirm this? If you are on Jump and wanted to switch to Jump on Demand, it requires you to trade in a phone? The rep said that every time she was trying to create an order for Jump on Demand, it kept asking for an IMEI number, so there was nothing she could do on her end (even though I paid off my EIP for my current phone).

1) Did you really cancel the previous orders or are you just not signing them until they've expired?

2) Can you login to your T-Mobile account, go to Billing, Click the Bottom Right (where it mentions Jump Lease), and show how many open phones you have under completed leases?

I currently have 2 open phones (the 6s should be deleted after I let the eSignature expire). (Picture Attached)

3) What did the monthly bill payments look like on your newest contract? Mine are attached.

Just spoke with three Customer service reps about my order and got the "have to wait 48 hours, losing my place in line" speech and I got little testy with the last rep and told her that I was ready to cancel my service with T-Mobile And go somewhere else. Normally, I am not like this, I work as a Manager at Best Buy so I understand better than most how demanding retail, and especially dealing with phones can be. HOWEVER, if I as an employee listen to a customer tell me THREE TIMES SPECIFICALLY what they want and STILL manage to mess up their order, then I am liable. No amount of apology would suffice unless I could fix the error.

It's the same here. I uphold my end of the bargain with T-Mobile when I pay my bill on time, when I wake up at 3am in the morning and wait an hour and a half just for the right to PREORDER and have a chance at getting a phone on launch date and STILL somehow my order is messed up? Not acceptable.

So now the rep is telling me that she can send the order up to escalation to be canceled within 13 minutes and someone will be calling me to replace the order within that time. So now here I am , up for the second night in a row hoping this gets taken care of. All I want is to NOT lose my original place in line. I Don't want to Jump ahead (no pun intended) of anyone else, I just want MY place. That's what I got up for and that's what I will accept. If not I WILL cancel my service and go to AT&T

ziggo i feel you! i was getting loud too and had to be like whoa now, i know your dealing with alot of this and i dont want to be THAT guy but cmon

I just pre-ordered a 6S 64GB in a store. The monthly payments listed on my contract showed $26. The employee explained (hopefully correctly) that I will be receiving a ~$7 adjustment on each bill, making the monthly total before tax $19. He said Apple does not allow T-Mobile to actually discount a new iPhone, so an adjustment is their way around that.

"Your first monthly payment of $ 27.79 (e)
is due on 10-04-2015(e) , followed by 16 payments of $ 27.79 (e) due on the 04(e) of each month, and a final payment of $ 27.63 (e) due on 03-04-2017(e) .The total of your monthly payments is $ 500.06 (e)."

Not sure why yours might be so high.

Mine is even worse, somehow the made a mistake and sent my agreement in Spanish.. and with different pricing too!

iPhone 6S 64GB Gold, monthly payment $28.28, and final payment of $28.19. Downpayment $108.74. Keep the phone with $182 at the end of 18 months

Yea I told the rep it was nothing personal but at this point, being up two nights in a row just to get a preorder done is ridiculous. This is actually worse than last year. WORSE! T-Mobile had a whole year to up their game. Legere talks so big but when it comes to something like this, which could REALLY make a difference in customer satisfaction they drop the ball. It's 2015, there's no reason they should have to "manually enter" orders, that already causes chance for error, then to have it be such a circus in the first place, when they KNOW the popularity of the iPhone is bewildering.

These are reasons why despite all the progress T-Mobile has made, they are still looked at as "number 4".

Just got off phone (again). System is down (why I didn't get a call back). Anyway, now they are saying they DO have to take the down payment but it will be credited back to us. She couldnt say whether that was to the account or back to the card being charged. She said that this was pushed from her supervisor which was pushed from the CEO this morning (unclear on which morning lol it is 4:45am here now).

Sort of losing hope on a launch day device at this point.

You need to pay off your current Jump lease along with the remaineder of the payments on the device (if you want to keep it). If not, you can just return the phone.

If you want a new iphone under their reduced price promo you DO need to turn in a trade-in device. Said device does not need to be an iphone.

Good lord alrmighty. Now I am being told that I will be responsible for paying $444 towards the 6s plus 128gb (this id what the EIP I received said) but that I will be credited on my account. If I am already payinger hald teh device off I may as ***** well just pick up my reserved device at full MSRP from Apple store in NH and pay no taxes. Not to mention the fact that paying $400+ defeats the entire purpose of JOD because I will have paid $600+ by the time the next device rolls around.

iPhone 6S 64GB Gold, monthly payment $28.28, and final payment of $28.19. Downpayment $108.74. Keep the phone with $182 at the end of 18 months

This pricing is absolutely perfect. Here is the math of how you save 125$

The 28.19 pricing is including your state tax. Remove that for comparison sake. So the cost you are billed per month pre tax is 26. On each bill tmbile gives you a credit of 7 for the next 18 months. So the amount you pay actually will be 26 - 7 = 19$. This amount is payed for 18 months.

Hence what you pay in 18 months =

100$ (downpayment before taxes) + 19x18 = 100 + 342 = 442
Note, I am ignoring taxes for comparison.

Your cost to keep the phone at 18 months is 182. Hence total cost to ownership pre taxes is

442 + 182 = 624.

Retail cost = 749.

You save 749 - 624 = 125

This math works out for any and every 6s and 6s plus model under Jump On Demand, the numbers might vary but the net result is 125 dollars worth of savings.
