I just received an email order confirmation from last years preorder of my 6. I kid you not. Tmobiles email system must be completely fubar

Here's mine.

If you take a look at page 5 of this EIP, the agreement looks like it's for iPhone 6 and not 6s... If I take $31x local tax rate, u won't get $32.48. Try it. So I don't know how they calculated that. 32.48-7 is $25.48 which is $1.48 more. Just saying. Not like an extra dollar will kill me.

T-Mobile must have blocked me from calling in for how many times I've called with my screwed up orders.

When I dial 611 from my line it says they aren't available to take calls and the phone hangs up on me.

When I call from my wife's phone I get through. WTH is that?!

Did this ever resolve. Similar thing happened with me. Can they really block for calling too much?

- my order says free overnight shipping

- i was charged $50 in tax so unless maryland went to 50% sales tax overnight then inwas charged tax on the phone

so basically not a reliable source at all
My orders are messed up (one of them) but I can say that I am only being taxesd on the $99 down they are quoting me. Thi is for JOD. Regular jump I do believe has you pay taxes on the full MSRP up front.

Between iphone 6 and 6s and jump and jump on demand I think too many reps are getting too damn confused.

Did everyone include insurance on your jump on demand order? The breakdown between that and AppleCare is this:

Tmobile: monthly charge (8x12) $96 plus the deductible $175 would come to $271 should you need a replacement.

Apple: down payment $129 plus deductible $99 would come to $228 should you need a replacement.

The $43 is a big difference, but I'm thinking it's not worth the hassle of changing my plan and screwing my order up. And hopefully I'll just never have to use it. Thoughts?

If you WANT insurance, keep in mind TMO covers theft.

We just got our order confirmation. S006089xxx We asked to have it shipped to my office with my name, but they put the primary account holders name and my office address. So the mail room will not understand who it suppose to go to. Also they misspelled Michael as Michale.

The online Chat support said since it's processing, the only thing they could do was cancel the order and I would have to reorder. I'm thinking of doing just that since I also preordered from Apple and one for in store pickup, just in case.

What does the e-signature document look like for jump on demand? Mine says eip, isn't that just regular jump though? There's no mention of jump on demand.

they haven't updated the email template to say JOD but if you notice the e-doc it says JOD. No worries. I asked the same thing

This is how I read a lot of post:

I just kept calling until they said what I wanted to hear. Now I'm happy but going to keep calling anyway.

I made a list of some questions about JOD and called T-Mobile ONCE, I apologized for you jerks your welcome.

Sounds like your going to be working in the mail room that day or couldn't use just walk down and tell them? Not sure how big your mail room is but the one we had was 1 (one) guy. Doesn't seem like that big of an issue.

This is how my pre order went. I called yesterday morning 7am got through quickly. I pre-ordered 6s+ 64 rose gold. Asked about the jod he explained it to me which I thought made sense because I was coming from the regular jump and had money left over to pay. Which I would get a credit to my account and then the rest of that balance wiped out. Anyway so we did my order got the emails he sat on the phone while I got my eip which I read and signed. It came quickly. Idk why u guys emails not coming so quick. Even last year it came quick as soon as they put it in. Anyway so everything was good. Then I started lurking on here and I got confused with the pricing that was on my eip I called back around 5 or 6pm and someone had to call me because I wasnt waiting no 55 60 mins on no phone. Lady I spoke with was very nice she did her research because she didn't wanna tell anyone the wrong information. She explained in great detail what's gonna happen on my bill and for a few months il be paying for both my old and new phone because she said it takes a couple of billing cycles for my 375 credit to come on my account which will wipe the old phone away and credit anything extra i put down. Also she explained that on the first bill I will see the -12 so I will not be paying what it says on my eip. She also explained to me if I wanna switch phones and stuff and what happens. Because I was so confused. She didn't get off the phone until I wasn't confused anymore. She told me she doesn't know when they will get the phones or ship but I'm getting next business day shipping.

Office building with about 7,000 employees. I'll let them know and will see how it goes.

Yeah thats a lot of people good luck. When you tell them they will probably just look at you like your nuts.

The phone has one year AppleCare. If you plan on Jumping in a year to the iPhone 7 I don't see need for insurance. Unless you are prone to losing or having the phone stolen.

yay just got a text message from T-Mobile saying order confirmed and tracking number coming soon. it's happening :)

A weekend of fail, thanks to T-Mobile.

Called the business line right before midnight PST yesterday, went right through. Placed an order for a iP6s+ RG, 64 gb, was off the phone by 12:15. Hooray!

Groggily waited (order was placed at 2am Zulu time) for confirmation of order. Nothing came until 9 pm...only to find out that they ordered the regular 6s, not the plus. Was told by rep at 9:30 that the order was cancelled, but the system required her to wait at least 30 minutes before a new order could be placed. She scheduled a call back for an hour later. At which time I learned, to our mutual surprise, that the order had still not been cancelled. Was informed that she'd cancel the order again and place an order for the correct phone at least thirty minutes later. Somewhat relieved, I went to bed.

Woke up this morning, and no email for the new order present. However, I did see a cancellation email was sent an hour after I talked to the rec the second time. Customer support chat informs me the rep did not place an order last night and instead scheduled a callback with me 'sometime today'. Called the business line to speak with another rep only to discover that they cannot place an order, but instead must wait for last night's rep to call me back.

The reps have been consistently professional and courteous throughout the entire process, but this has been an total PITA through and through. I have nothing bad to say about the people in the trenches, but I do want to pistol whip their upper management right now for this fiasco.

I don't know when the rep will call back. I don't know if I will even get my phone at launch day, even thought I carefully and specifically followed their rules to preorder. I don't even know if I really want the phone anymore.

I can't image not having insurance on a phone (in my case) that cost $949 dollars. I'm not prone to loosing it or don't "think" its going to get stolen but it happens. I think thats just crazy.. but to each their own.

Oh come on, you know you still want the phone...

I already have a six plus I bought directly from Apple last year. Maybe by next year Lagere will finally get his prelaunch **** together.

Its not going to get any better. So if you can't have it on launch you don't want it at all? Sounds like your just punishing yourself. Not to be a dik I just like saying it.. put your big boy pants on and deal with it.

No text and no email as of yet. WTF! I called yesterday and lady said she saw my order and it should be here this morning..nothing!

No, punishing myself is continuing to put up with this prelaunch. May just now wait to see how the phone actually performs in the wild before I purchase it.

And of course I wanted it on launch day, that's why I stayed up till 2am to pre-order it!
