So after more back and forth with Tmobile on twitter, they seem to be pretty sure my order in store never went through. I have contacted Tmobile executive response and they have emailed me back saying that someone will be in touch to straighten it out. Am hoping that they will be able to!

Can I get that email address? I fear I'm going to need it.

I can't image not having insurance on a phone (in my case) that cost $949 dollars. I'm not prone to loosing it or don't "think" its going to get stolen but it happens. I think thats just crazy.. but to each their own.

This is why I decided to do it. I never got insurance before when i was with AT&T but this time around especially as a lease phone I did it. For $8 a month its peace of mind. The theft or lost part is nice. My niece dropped my phone and cracked the screen on my Moto X while i was on AT&T and just dealt with it till the JOD came around.

I just received this message. I am not sureness to make of it since I got all EIP (though one was Very wrong asking for a $444 down payment). I'm supposed to get s call back from a supervisor today but, again, no new orders were placed.

I got my order confirmation email early afternoon yesterday after signing up for jod in store, but still no eip or other email as of yet.

Just got a call from T-mo saying my "order was not completed" and that they wanted to review it with me. They did have the information to them but I think this was the standard call to confirm and then log the order.

He did confirm what I wanted and that it was definitely JOD. I received the JOD/EID agreement while speaking to him and it was correct for what I ordered and that it was JOD.

Signed. Total time from pre-order (pre-ordered 0645 EDT pre-order launch day) on the phone to signed JOD/EID agreement - 29 hours. He also confirmed that even though my confirmation was now instead of getting an EID day of that I should receive it on launch day or the day after.

I pre-ordered my SG 64gig 6+ Saturday around noon. It couldn't have been easier. I called the number on their website, gave my information and my call took about 10 minutes. Last night, I got my EID, signed it, and I now have my order in. It does say Backordered on my Order Status page, but we'll see how that goes. Fingers crossed...

after ordering 4 and only receiving 2 e-sign emails, i spoke to online rep and via twitter help. both confirmed the remaining 2 emails should arrive by tonight. they told me they are working around the clock but who knows. shortly after i received the text that they are behind but my spot in line is secured.

Well, I decided not to fight for the JoD I wanted (they sent me a standard 24 month installment agreement instead of the JoD I requested). I'll just pay it off early if I want to upgrade and then I'll look at the JoD-style offer at that time. Frustrating for sure as I was excited about the upgrades via JoD but oh well. I was told to go to the store today to straighten out the agreement I was sent. Somehow I just don't have faith they will get it right. So screw it. At least I'm done and will get my new phone without canceling and doing a new pre-order.

I hope everything turns out well for everyone here! Just want to say a big thank you to everyone for being so helpful! I appreciate it. :)

I got a EIP with a down payment of 430.29 and a monthly payment of 12.41, I signed it before I understood what was going on because 3 different reps have told me my order is priced at 0.00. I received the same text that you got.

This pricing is absolutely perfect. Here is the math of how you save 125$

The 28.19 pricing is including your state tax. Remove that for comparison sake. So the cost you are billed per month pre tax is 26. On each bill tmbile gives you a credit of 7 for the next 18 months. So the amount you pay actually will be 26 - 7 = 19$. This amount is payed for 18 months.

Hence what you pay in 18 months =

100$ (downpayment before taxes) + 19x18 = 100 + 342 = 442
Note, I am ignoring taxes for comparison.

Your cost to keep the phone at 18 months is 182. Hence total cost to ownership pre taxes is

442 + 182 = 624.

Retail cost = 749.

You save 749 - 624 = 125

This math works out for any and every 6s and 6s plus model under Jump On Demand, the numbers might vary but the net result is 125 dollars worth of savings.

Thank's for the clarification! Although, in my case, the Rep said the credit they are giving me is $12/mo.

1) Did you really cancel the previous orders or are you just not signing them until they've expired?

2) Can you login to your T-Mobile account, go to Billing, Click the Bottom Right (where it mentions Jump Lease), and show how many open phones you have under completed leases?

I currently have 2 open phones (the 6s should be deleted after I let the eSignature expire). (Picture Attached)

3) What did the monthly bill payments look like on your newest contract? Mine are attached.

When I got the wrong EIP the rep cancelled it himself with the order number and generated the correct order. My lease page looks exactly like yours except for the error order. I just have my old completed lease and the new 6s plus. It does state no current active leases because I'm sure it won't start until they get the Imei off the phone I get etc. and yes my EIP monthly bill looks the same as yours. The rep said it will all work out to be the discount with the bill credits like before.

Did everyone include insurance on your jump on demand order? The breakdown between that and AppleCare is this:

Tmobile: monthly charge (8x12) $96 plus the deductible $175 would come to $271 should you need a replacement.

Apple: down payment $129 plus deductible $99 would come to $228 should you need a replacement.

The $43 is a big difference, but I'm thinking it's not worth the hassle of changing my plan and screwing my order up. And hopefully I'll just never have to use it. Thoughts?
Apple care doesn't cover loss or theft.

I ordered two phones at 3:30 AM. I received the EIP for one last night, but not the other. Has this happened to anyone else? The orders were made no more than five minutes apart.

So it's now about 13 hours later since I received the EIP for one pre-ordered phone, but one email still not yet received.

I would call I originally had 3 orders. Got one wrong EIP agreement and then they tried to call the other line on the order and didn't get through. I called and cancelled all 3 and re did It with a competent rep. Got all 3 EIP 4 minutes later.

Apple care doesn't cover loss or theft.

Thanks!

Does anyone know how the AppleCare+ reimbursement works? If I cancel it at 12 months in, will I get 50% of the price back? I think my credit card covers lost/stolen.

Another day, still don't have anything in writing confirming that I ordered a second iPhone for my wife.
I have something for the first phone but they want me to sign something with their word that I'll get a "discount" later.
In spite of staying up all night and ordering at the beginning, my place in line is as if I would have slept in, had breakfast, and enjoyed my day before pre-ordering.

F#$@# this. I was switching over from AT&T, but not any more. I'm done with this mess. I have better things in my life to do.

Stop worrying the discount comes on the bill this was the case when I got iPhone 6 plus on JOD. The EIP says more then they just credit you every month.

I got a text about the order this morning. so least that finally happened.-- the contract email came to the wrong email not the email I provided them. The first text came regarding my order to my phone line that ordered the phone but the 2nd text with the order number info came to our other line. So check different things if you have to I guess.

When did you order. I ordered right around 12:05 PT and was done in 5 mins, and got a 0011xxxx order #.
No text, no email. Everyone says we are working hard to get your orders in the system. I have a feeling that there was no point staying up to preorder.

I ordered at 3:24am EST which would be 12:24am PST. I got thru on the phone right at 3:01am est but the order wasn't completed till 20 min later etc. So not sure if they put your **** in hold as they do it or till its finished. Last year I was SUPER early too and got shafted/skipped for no reason over and over. By people who were days after me. So definitely keep nagging them if I were you lol.

First number was 00119XXX then I got a S00614XXXX number associated with this. Got first text at 11am est then the other phone got the 2nd text around 1130am

Has anyone's order shown up on their account page? Mine still says to check back after 24-72 hours.

What he is worried about is that they are in fact under no legal obligation to give you that credit because you signed a contract at the higher amount. I agree that this is how Tmo does it and that they WILL give you the credit but you could be held to the contract if they were to insist.

How stupid is that?! I wasn't expecting the text. And after insisting to talk to a manager when the last two I talked to said "it's $4xx because it's a 6s plus" she finally said I would be credited and that a supervisor would call me. Having a bill credit does me no good. I have no intention of keeping this device for more than a year. If I'm paying $470 (tax included) I may as well buy full retail at the Apple Store. Luckily I reserved two 64gb 6s+, so in not SOL, but jump on demand is (or was) and attractive option since I don't have to deal with the hassle of selling the device. I lose a bit of money in the long run, but he way they have me set up now I would lose a lot more n*sigh*
