What he is worried about is that they are in fact under no legal obligation to give you that credit because you signed a contract at the higher amount. I agree that this is how Tmo does it and that they WILL give you the credit but you could be held to the contract if they were to insist.

At the same time though, THEIR legal says you'll be paying either 20 or 24 per month after their credit. So they have to stick to that as well.

Mine was available there nearly instantaneously after placing my order. Details on my order in my signature in case they help.

Funny, I bought the same model as you. I just checked again and the order says it's being processed. Not worried. What does your say?

Thanks!

Does anyone know how the AppleCare+ reimbursement works? If I cancel it at 12 months in, will I get 50% of the price back? I think my credit card covers lost/stolen.
Yes you will so long as you haven't used any either of the two repairs

Keep in mind your credit card typically only covers whatever you out on it. If you're not putting the full MSRP on your device it's not going to cover the full MSRP if it's lost stolen or otherwise damaged. Most cards also don't promise a full year of coverage.

Also says being processed. This is the same layout as last year. I'm confident we're going to get our phones on launch day. There was a lot of stuff that got screwed up along the way, but in the end they got it right (at least for me). Despite many claims to the contrary, it seems like they're doing a better job this time around in my opinion.,

Interesting. Did some snooping on my account page and found lease details. My EIP for Jump! On Demand says my monthly payment will be $28.31, but according to this, it's only $26. Not complaining. I'm pretty sure I got insurance too, and not sure if I'm getting any kind of T-Mobile credit.

Where is this written, exactly?

In the legal: JUMP! On Demand Lease: $0 at signing + $20/mo. ($24 for 6s Plus) x 18-month lease after monthly bill credits.

That's merely a promo they are offering. If you're. It signing a "contract" accepting said promo you can be one whatever plan. We came from ATT and opted for them to pay off our other devices so we didn't get the ultra discounted rate in that promo. It was an either or situation. The reality is they can change a promo on you any time. That's the crazy thing about "no contracts". There is not a large chance they would do this and piss off customers. But it's still difficult to just "take their word for it" wen being told about bill credits. Seems to me it would just be easier to NOT do bill credits. But I'm guessing it has to do with some legal BS about state and federal taxes on these devices and how the bill has to be presented to the consume.

My timeline so far:
JUMP! customer

9/12 - Called at 3:00AM EST. On hold for about 30 mins, ordered 2 6S Plus 64GB SG and RG

9/12- 7PM EST get a phone call from a rep "making sure" I knew that $99 down was due per phone. I said I knew and asked to confirm both orders. Rep confirms

9/12 - 7:05PM EST I get an email confirming just the SG. No RG confirmation or EIPs yet

9/12 - 7:30PM EST I call customer service to confirm orders. Rep tells me RG was never ordered. I proceed to order RG phone and receive confirmation email minutes later. Was told it make take 24 hours to receive EIP email

9/13 - 11AM EST I get the text message about my place in line being held etc.

What did u go to want to look at mines

I still haven't gotten anything and I ordered mine over the phone on the 12th as soon as pre-orders started. Wtf?

I ordered my phone as soon as they opened the lines at 2am. Got through right away. The rep took my choice of phone, cc info & provided me with a confirmation number. So far, I've only received the text saying I should look for an email in the next 24 hours. Still nothing. Meanwhile, my boyfriend who ordered his phone nearly an hour after me has gotten his confirmation/order processed & eip email. Due to my disbelief, I called T-mobile to confirm my order. The rep reassured me that my order has been processed & I have the S order number. The system is just backlogged with sending out emails/notifications. Still annoying as I need that peace of mind. I need some justification for staying up well past my bedtime & being sleep deprived!

ordered iphone 6s rg 16gb on sept 12, got order confirmation this morning and text. no eip email. order was cancelled then reordered today. got eip email rite away and confirmation email. shipping was updated to overnight i see.. fingers crossed

Thanks!

Your credit card will not cover lost/theft unless you pay full price upfront.

How did your order get cancelled? They cancelled it or you had them do it?

When I got the wrong EIP the rep cancelled it himself with the order number and generated the correct order. My lease page looks exactly like yours except for the error order. I just have my old completed lease and the new 6s plus. It does state no current active leases because I'm sure it won't start until they get the Imei off the phone I get etc. and yes my EIP monthly bill looks the same as yours. The rep said it will all work out to be the discount with the bill credits like before.
Does the order they cancelled show up on your account? Or did it disappear when they cancelled it?

Login > Billing > View Lease Details > Completed Leases (I had none under active).
What storage 6s did you get? And did you have to pay anything down?

Would you mind posting the eSignature document you signed with Page 2's monthly payments? You can blur out any personal info. I just want to see why yours is different than my sisters 6s.

Me neither. Extremely annoying.

Same here.

FYI I was on same boat. called and turns out they had not even processed my order even though rep at midnight told me so. their system was offline so they took notes. tons of accounts have issues with Jump on Demand charging $99 by mistake. they credited my account for $99 and asked me to pay $99 on my card so they could push order. everything went great and I now have e-signed the EIP and have an order number starting with S.

In other words, call because there might be issue with your account.

I've emailed an exec and Tweeted them. Gonna see what happens next. I have a S order but nothing else. :(
