Exec response is getting the same error when trying to put my order through--something about error updating shipping method. She said they have an engineer trying to resolve it, but its pretty clear there is an issue with their system preventing me from processing a jump on demand order.

FYI I was on same boat. called and turns out they had not even processed my order even though rep at midnight told me so. their system was offline so they took notes. tons of accounts have issues with Jump on Demand charging $99 by mistake. they credited my account for $99 and asked me to pay $99 on my card so they could push order. everything went great and I now have e-signed the EIP and have an order number starting with S.

In other words, call because there might be issue with your account.
I've called several times. They've all said that my order is processed & that I'm just waiting on the eip/processing text message. Now I get annoyed every time I have an email notification & it's not from Tmobile. Lol.

Does the order they cancelled show up on your account? Or did it disappear when they cancelled it?

What storage 6s did you get? And did you have to pay anything down?

Would you mind posting the eSignature document you signed with Page 2's monthly payments? You can blur out any personal info. I just want to see why yours is different than my sisters 6s.

I ordered a 64gb iPhone 6s. I put $99.00 down.

I'm confused- the JOD chart shows a downpayment is required for some phone models. Were you already on JOD and they charged you by mistake?

I switched from Jump to JOD, ordered a 64gb S +, got charged $99.

So tmobile just called me to confirm my order aka put the order in. I was so mad that he supposedly upgraded my shipping for free.

All shipping should be the same. I still dont understand how some people got charged for "overnight shipping" when it's ALL overnight shipping, it's coming directly from Apple....

Are you sure it's coming directly from apple? I didn't think that was the case.

Last year they came directly from manufacturing in China. They flew the phones over and distributed them. Soon we will be able to track the planes as they leave China. Probably have a picture of a pilot with them loaded on the plane. I would think we would see movement of the phones about 3 days before delivery.

Were you on any kind of jump program before ordering your phone?

No, signing up as new JOD customer. Own my current 6Plus 64GB.
Just completed all my order again today on the phone and they're giving me the $12 credit (instead of $7 for new JOD customer) to compensate for all the errors in processing.

So ordered 2 phones for 2 lines:
6S 64GB Gold
6S 64GB Rose Gold

Lord Jesus, this has been a mess. Pre-ordered the 6S Plus in Space Grey 64gb. Signed the EIP Agreement and noticed that the guy ordered the 6 Plus in Space Grey 64gb. Was on the phone with them for over an hour. Luckily, they were able to cancel the order and cancel the EIP Agreement and order me the correct phone.

Hoping there are no more snaffoos, but I won't be surprised if there are.

Similar issue. But I didn't sign the EIP. Called. Got hung up on by a rep after an hour and a half with her. Called back, immediately asked for a supervisor. He then screwed around for an hour and ordered me the right device. But the EIP he sent says my down payment is $742.03. So now that's being sorted. And I'm also certain I lost my place in line and ended up at the back thanks to their stupidity.

Interesting. Did some snooping on my account page and found lease details. My EIP for Jump! On Demand says my monthly payment will be $28.31, but according to this, it's only $26. Not complaining. I'm pretty sure I got insurance too, and not sure if I'm getting any kind of T-Mobile credit.

Go here: http://explore.t-mobile.com/jump-on-demand-phone-upgrade

In the legal: JUMP! On Demand Lease: $0 at signing + $20/mo. ($24 for 6s Plus) x 18-month lease after monthly bill credits.

No offense, but that's the disclaimer, not legal. Legal is the document you sign. Also, you skipped next couple sentences following right after your quote, " Subject to credit approval; amount paid at signing, if any, may reduce monthly device charge. Tax additional."

Why is this so difficult for them to get it right? I know they are busy, but there shouldn't be so many mistakes. Ridiculous.

By the way, I read through the lease agreement that all of us on JoD signed, the end of page 4 is meant "
"For Customers participating in the iPhone 6 Promotion only". So, I don't think the agreement is that updated. However, I assume that the terms and conditions are still the same, just the amount of credit is different.

I am supposed to get a call back after 10pm tonight, have to RE pre-order. I really hope they can get this jump on demand right. I am going to make sure they give me the "free upgrade" as well. i.e. more storage bonus.

Okay so I emailed the same exec team I had from last year. TO ask about the order time differences. I got a call today from a gentleman who is working on that exec team a min ago. He talked about how the order times on the email/contracts you sign are the times they entered the order in manually because at the preorder launch the system was down. He did, however, have to go in and manually change my time from the 9:31pm est BACK to the 3:25am est so that I was included in the priority grouping. So those of you with mismatching times, might want to try and get that corrected.

It disappeared. I never signed the wrong EIP either.

My second contract just arrived via email. 38 hours after I placed my order and 16 hours after I received my first contract. And guess what? It's wrong. I signed up for JOD and had the person that originally took my order verify that with me twice. My first contract was JOD. Now the second contract that just showed up for my second phone is not JOD, it's Jump.

WTF. Sigh. Now I have to pick up the phone and call them, yet again. This is exactly why I said screw it earlier today. I was coming over to T-Mobile from 18 years of being with AT&T because I thought they would be different then the other carriers. Well, it's quite obvious they are not.
