Supervisor finally called. Of course my order was messed up. She said she added a new order with the same place in line. I got my EIP right away with this order number S006190***. Here's one good thing that came from it. I asked about the free 128gb. I was getting 64. She told me that the 128s are sold out, BUT they will still honor it. Noted my account and said that when the 128s are in, I just need to walk into a store and swap it for the 128 at no extra charge. :)

I hate to be Debbie Downer, but the likelihood of you being able to walk into a store and get a 128 GB at no charge because a supervisor noted your account is slim to none. Not saying it can't happen, but be prepared to be shot down.

The retail staff and customer care have nothing to do with each other and in-store they're under no obligation to do what some random supervisor said. Trust me--I've been down this road before and the folks at the store pretty much laughed in my face lol.

So excited. My order status says, "Your order is confirmed. We will send a shipping estimate soon." !!

That's good news I know you were a little concerned about your order. Glad it's working out. I haven't heard anything but plenty of time yet.

Soooooo. As it turns out, they had my email address wrong. Spelled my last name wrong. Soon as the rep--no doubt at least the eleventh or so I've spoken with--fixed that, I got my lease right away. While still on the phone. It does say it was ordered at 9 something am on the 12th but from what everyone is saying that's just the time it was bettered into the system since it was actually placed at 12:25 PST.

Now, the bad news is this--and I'm hoping to get some help--they said I can't do Jump on Demand because in order to do that your current phone has to be paid off.

So all of you guys that did JoD had phones that were paid off?
I did jod and my phone was not paid off. What's gonna happen is I'm going to be paying for two phones for about 3 months until my credit of 375 which is what I got for the phone kicks through and then I won't pay anything after that I spoke to two ppl. Idk maybe because I only owe that amount anyway

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing what happens this week.

Well I think nothing until the week after next. The next step is to creat a my ups account so you can try and find your tracking number generally you can use your phone number to find it once the shipper is created. Then someone will start tracking the planes as they fly over from China. Good stuff but don't tell people that they will think your nuts LOL.

BTW I think they ship UPS hope I'm remembering correctly.

Yeah I'm going to browse the forum this week and piggyback off of any information that other people find.

I used regular Jump! But what I'm gonna do is pay off my existing 6+ 128gb for $375 then sell it on either swappa or Craigslist for around $550 which is a really good price. That's better than giving it too T-Mobile for $375.

My iPhone 6 Plus (128GB) came to $42 a month and I'm supposed to be at $19 a month. I didn't pay anything up front - so if you didn't either that looks just like mine.

So did you go ahead and sign and hope it will be $19 and if not prob make call to cust service?

Does anyone have past experience with trading in devices to T-Mobile? I know you can give them almost anything, but it makes me nervous. They quoted me $350 for my iPhone 6, but I'd love to give them a $30 Walmart android phone then sell mine on eBay. But I'm nervous they'll deny it and not pay my Verizon early termination fee.

I will NEVER make another order directly through T-Mobile.

I don't care how good the offer is- if I can't do it online with everything clearly worked out I'll pay more money to do it through Apple. 2 days of my weekend are worth more than the $200 I supposedly saved lol.

Ain't this the truth!

That's about the same you'd get for trading in at the Apple Store and buying there as well. That's normal and what I got when I traded in my 5s for my 6+.

I'm sure they'll take the $30 Android, but you'll get nothing for it possibly.

Supposedly the credits are going to be added to our accounts. Who knows if that will happen though.

I've probably made 10+ calls in the last 2 days with my order and my sister's order.

That's fine, because I could sell my iPhone 6 for maybe $200 more and make a profit?

I traded in a cheap $20 piece of crap phone (the T-Mobile rep actually said to just give them a cheap flip phone rather than my iPhone 6). They approved my ETF reimbursement and gave me the promo rate but I got no further credit for it, which was more than reasonable IMO.

Order status: Order Placed

any body else same ???

Mine says Order Being Processed. I can't see the details of my order but the order number is listed, as well as "Upgrade" and "order being processed." Hoping it's all good.... signed EIP and got email and text confirmation not long after that. I didn't e-sign until this morning because I wanted Jump on Demand and the agreement they sent is for a standard 24 month EIP. I decided to just accept it as-is and quit worrying about JoD.

That's great! Mind sharing what that phone was? I'll just buy that one. Did you do it in store? I think I would just to make the process quicker.

So after waiting almost a bit more than 30 hours for the second EIP email to sign, I finally decided to call. I had already received one for my first order (in which they got the color wrong) and waited and waited for the second.

The rep now told me that the second order was never submitted, explaining why I never received the second EIP agreement email.

So the rep I pre-ordered from at 3 AM yesterday did two things wrong. He put in the wrong color on one order and never submitted the second one. And I thought this year would've been a lot better than the previous, if they had learned from their mistakes.

Now I had to make a new pre-order and hope that it gets here in a decent time frame -- which I doubt because it is for a 64GB Rose Gold and those seem to be going quick.

Pretty stressful.

It was a Kyocera android device I got off the clearance shelf at Target. Just go on TMobiles online trade in site and if the phone shows up you can use it. There are a lot of cheap options from Blu that are accepted.

Document signed now the wait. When I go to billing and my leases it shows two completed leases but none active. One being pre order and the current iPhone 6 plus. Is that normal?
