So I told you all that I sent an email to John Legere yesterday during the entire "wrong phone ordered" fiasco before I got anybody to successfully cancel my order. So about 15 minutes ago I got a call from a Nice guy named Nemo from the executive team apologizing about all the frustration I went through and assuring me that the new order I placed yesterday would still hold my place in the prioritized line and that I should expect my phone between the 25th-28th. He was very understanding of my situation and said that he personally looked over my new order before calling to make sure that all appropriate corrections had been made. I was very happy for his call and the time that he took to assure me that my time at 3am on Saturday was not wasted.

What are people seeing under Order Status today? This is what mine shows as of this morning.

Slightly concerned because it doesn't show the name of the phone I ordered or any other information ...

My order status looks like yours and has been this way since yesterday. It does say to allow 48 hours so I'm not going to worry about it yet.

Funny. Guy I spoke with yesterday from the exec team said phones in hand on 9/25. He didn't understand why people were saying any dates beyond that.

I'm still waiting on the lady I just spoke with from the exec team to email me with her contact info in case something ELSE goes wrong along confirmation from Art that I did not lose my place in line as the exec team worked today to fix my order.

Yep, that's definitely true, but I also definitely got a shipping number for UPS. That being said, when I went to UPS a minute ago to track it, nothing showed up. I'm assuming this is a tracking for an eventual shipment, not that I'm getting the phone earlier. Has anyone else gotten a tracking # yet?

Whoa. I wasn't expecting to be thinking about tracking numbers until at least a week from now. Are you sure this is for the device itself? Has your credit card been charged yet? They won't ship anything until your credit card payment goes through.

I can vouch for this process. After having an order get messed up royally with no Jump on Demand as requested, I reached out to Art on Twitter, and he had someone from his team get in touch with me, who was SUPER nice, and DEFINITELY the embodiment of great customer service. She got my order cancelled, got the correct one placed (with Jump on Demand), and like ziggo, provided reassurance that the time and efforts on Saturday wouldn't be wasted, and also said she would keep an eye on my account and check back in again around device shipment time to make sure everything goes through smoothly.

He knew it was finalized; I sent him both the original and revised order number.
If you don't mind me asking (and maybe you've already said this, but in my new-father-state of lack-of-sleep, I'm totally stupid), when did you order, and what were the first few digits of your order number? SMaller thank 00607?

I work for T Mobile and I checked my own preorder in our own systems, it says back ordered unfortunately. But I did order on Sunday not Saturday.

I was told today is the first day you can sign up for JoD over the phone instead of having to go into a store. Told me over an hour because no one had done it yet.

Not true I signed up for JOD on the moment preorders opened on the 12th. My issue was that they ordered the wrong phone (6 Plus is read of 6S Plus) and again yesterday when I had to cancel and reorder.

Some of these reps, while very nice and professional, were NOT trained properly. To add to the issue there didn't seem to be an abundance of knowledgeable Supervisors or Leads around who could lend assistance.

Ah, I remember the stupid lack of sleep days as a new Mommy. Congratulations! :)

Original order was placed 1215pst 9/12/15, 006083....

And strap the infant into his or her car carrier, and put it on top of the dryer. Gentle vibration and hum kind of like a car ride, put my kids right to sleep.

Quick recap. Called in at 12:01AM on Saturday. Waited about 40 minutes or so on the phone. Placed orders for 2 iPhone 6S Gold (64 and 128).

Received confirmation e-mails in the morning. Noticed that CSR had ordered Rose Gold for the 128GB phone, despite having gone through the order on the phone a few times, and before hanging up. Called in the morning and was told color cannot be changed and have to cancel the order and do a new one. At this time frustration was high, as I was trying to explain that I would lose my spot on the line and go back to the end of the line. Didn't matter. System was down, CSR said would call back at 11PM. Didn't receive the call.

Called back around 11:45PM. CSR cancelled original order, but system was going through some upgrade and couldn't complete the new order. Told me she'd check a few more times during her shift and she would call back if system was up again. Didn't get a callback.

Called again at around 8:30AM. Got a pretty uninformed CSR. Didn't place a jump on demand, after several times mentioning it, got a 6s plus, despite having mentioned just 6S several times. Anyway, after some back and forth he got the order right, but guess what. Some system problems. In the end he didn't mention any further system problems, but told me to check e-mail and if I didn't receive an e-mail in 2 hours to callback. Waited 3 hours, no e-mail. Called back.

This time I called the new pre-order number on the T-Mobile site (1-844-740-1855) hoping this phone would point to the CSR with more experience with the promotion. I guess I was right. CSR was able to get past the system issue and place the order. Got the confirmation e-mails while still on the phone. Signed the document while still on the call. Problem finally solved.

Re-read lease documents at night and got a bit concerned as the monthly payments seemed higher than what the promotion says. Called back again. CSR reassured me that I will get a $7 credit every month per phone. Looks like tax is calculated on the amount before the discount.

Quite an odyssey to order the phones. Definitely much more difficult than when I was ordering from the Apple Store for AT&T for a 2 year plan. I hope they streamline the process for next year.

Only silver lining is that it seems the iPhone 6s is not in backorder and all this back and forth hopefully doesn't delay the phone and it arrives on or soon after launch day.
That was quick?

Excellent idea! Thanks. Wait, my dryer is 6 inches from the ceiling. Think she'll fit?

Do you think the order numbers are in consecutive order? Hmmm. Maybe this means I'm ahead of you? Not that I deserve to be...

I'd asssssume they're in order but then again they could be in subset group orders. So each size/colour/memory each has its own number sequence they distribute. *shrug* Then again for all we know they prob just put a dude in those boxes where paper tickets fly everywhere and he grabs them and they fill that order that way.

I like it. Like I said, the reps were super nice, but I'd believe that the ordering system worked that way.

How is everyone getting their EIP's emailed to them while still on the phone? It's been almost 2 days and I haven't received mine.

I don't have mine either... Order placed within minutes of pre-order start over the phone. Used my Jump upgrade [ regular jump not JoD ]

Call the people.

With all the mix-ups it's worth a call to verify your order got through.

Yeah I used regular jump, and didn't get anything even when I called them the next day. It wasn't until Sunday that someone called me, and said he was just checking over everything, aka placing my order lol.

Got in touch with Dan K from T-Force on Twitter @TMobileHelp.

Pushed my orders through. Got the EIP's and signed them then almost immediately got the confirmation texts letting me know that tracking #'s would be provided when they ship.

Dan confirmed overnight shipping for me.

#Winning. 128GB Rose Gold 6S and 128GB Gold 6S+

Got a $200 bill credit for the trouble.
