Is it normal for the website to say "order not found" if I placed my order and signed the EIP documents around 6 PM yesterday?

After many phone calls and back and forth, I was finally able to get 3 out of 4 Jump On Demand orders processed successfully. However, for the 4th order no matter how many reps tried and how many reorders are placed, the order fails during the credit card verification step. I have tried using different cards and still with no success. Usually the rep would tell me to wait another 24 hours and they would attempt to re-process. We have been trying everyday since Saturday. Anyone else run into this problem and if so, how was it finally resolved? Thanks

i called at midnight on Saturday waited 25 mins over the phone... i got the EIP doc around 14 hours later and a text right after saying it's been confirmed with a order number i checked my account on t-mobile website and everything seems fine i just hope i get my 128 6s plus on day one or atleast by that week.

What time does it actually say you ordered on the documents you signed, or on the website? I ask because I called and didn't get thru till 12:45am on the 12th, and ordered, but the time they have documented for me was almost 5PM that day!?

That's probably the time they entered it into the ordering system. I had a rep tell me their system went down right before the launch, causing them to take the information down manually for it to be entered after the system came back up at 8 am.

mine says 12:38 which was around when i finished giving my info to her.

I ordered my 64 GB rose gold 6s today and was told it would ship on 8/25. Does that mean I even have a chance on it being delivered that day? I also used my Jump which will be interesting to see how that works seeing that I've never used it before.

If you ordered after lunchtime today, I'd be shocked if it arrived on launch day. Regardless, my fingers are crossed for you!

So checked my order....either they are doubling the status or I randomly have two phones now. tmo7.JPG

I remember this period from last years preorder. It's the order is confirmed limbo. If I recall correctly from last year, about the middle of this week everyone started loosing their minds because order statuses changed to back ordered. And then we all learned about tmobiles old and (still) janky systems that called everything back ordered until they received stock from Apple.

I am hoping that they learned to be better at communicating this year because much of the panic last year was caused due to bad communication post order.

My order status still says being processed...

on the other page from inside the account management it still says being processed there. on the other page I check it tells me its confirmed etc. The guy on the phone said it was good to go but I never trust these people.

There's no reason not to do JOD. You can pay off your phone in full anytime you want and make it your own. Also, with introductory JOD pricing (probably won't last much longer), you save $125 off the cost of the iPhone if you were to pay full price.

I don't think that is correct. Taken from the JOD contract:

"Purchase Option at End of Lease Term. As stated above, you have an option to purchase any remaining item(s) at the end of the scheduled lease term for the purchase option price for that item set forth above. This price does not include any taxes that may apply if you exercise your option to purchase. You do not have an option to purchase any item of Equipment before the end of the scheduled lease term."

"Early Termination. Following the Return Period, you may end this JUMP! ON DEMAND Lease Agreement before the end of the scheduled lease term by notifying us in writing of your intention to do so at least 30 days before you terminate and returning all remaining items of Equipment. If you terminate the lease early under this paragraph, you must pay us the sum of the following (the “early termination amount”): (i) any past due payments or other unpaid amounts due under this lease, plus (ii) the remaining unpaid scheduled lease payments for the remaining items, plus (iii) any excess wear and use charges, plus (iv) any additional fees or taxes related to your payment of these amounts."

The way I read this, you don't have the option to buy out the phone early, and if you do attempt to early terminate, you owe them the phone back PLUS all remaining payments. In order words, you have to ride out the lease until the end.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I see the same thing now. And strangely, if I logged into my account Saturday or Sunday, it showed my new order. Now, it doesn't show anything under Order Status in my account. It's saying check back in 48 hours.

EDITTED: And my existing iPhone 6+ that I currently have on JOD is now gone from the list of devices that I have under lease.

Please, please, please don't mess this up, Tmobile. Everything was good up to this point. Had the correct order number, EIP in minutes, signed and returned minutes after that, status good up until now.

now its back to being single. lol the order times and **** they said on the phone it was manually adjusted to match my place in line when I called but still shows 7pm est ish.

Honestly I am so confused on how they have so many issues? Does AT&T, Verizon, Etc. have these issues? Why don't we have an estimated ship date and everyone else does?

It's quite annoying, gf ordered her phone via AT&T, has a ship date, and she's not even concerned about getting it. However with us tmobile people, we just have no idea.
