I woke up early on pre-order day so I could be at the front of the line. Placed an order for two phones, one Rose Gold and one Space Gray. Never got my EIP email.

Called that night and was told there was no record of my order and I would have to place a new order. I refused and hung up.

I was called back yesterday and told my orders had been located and I would receive EIP emails shortly. I received one. I did not receive the order for the Rose Gold. The order time indicates that new orders were created for me right when the guy called me. And now the Rose Gold is not as available as it was. So I still don't have that order placed.

This is the third iPhone launch where I have had to deal with garbage like this from T-Mobile. I quit.

When i called yesterday and placed my order I was told that I would receive my phone between September 17 - 23rd which is somewhat odd since the official release isn't until the 25th. Has anyone that has ordered from Tmobile before actually received their iPhones prior to Apple's official launch?

There is NO WAY that is correct. You should check to make sure they didn't order you a regular iPhone 6.
 
If so many people received executive team's help, and so many "prioritized" orders, I wonder whose orders really are prioritized now... My order was screwed up too...
Yeah, I spent 12 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and had 5 separate orders before Executive Response stepped in.

I was told this when I initially called and placed my order at midnight saturday, but I didn't believe it then and I certainly don't believe it now, 7-8 CS reps and a botched phone order later :p It's been established that the people telling us stuff haven't been trained in a consistent way or fully know what they're saying, bless their hearts.

For peace of mind better check your EIP and make sure you have the S model ordered.

Better make sure they didn't order you a regular 6 or 6 Plus.
 
How long did it take you guys orders to go from processing to confirmed? after signing the JOD deal, all i received was a copy of the contract but my order has now been processing 2 days

there's been no change, just two different pages/statuses. On the order page from your account it should say 'being processed', but if you look the number up on explore.tmobile.com/order-status, it should say 'confirmed/we'll send shipping details soon'. but it hasn't actually changed from being processed for any of us as far as I know.

If you use that link and it says confirmed, you're as good as it gets for now.

When I pre-ordered on Saturday they told me the same thing. I don't believe it and I have confirmed in my EIP and status page I have indeed ordered a 6S Plus
 
Did a regular upgrade for the 6s space grey 64gb around 4 AM this morning. Received text that order was confirmed.

the alerts and activity part was always wrong or it wouldnt update. I think last year some people had already received their phones and on alerts and activity it still said it was processing

Agreed. This seems to be the best place to check the status of your order. The two iPhone orders that I placed are now showing up as "Confirmed" on this page, but they are still not showing up as confirmed when I log into my T-Mobile account.

So, the link above is the best way to check the status of your order/s.

Exactly what's happening with mine, too. I've realized that, yes, T-Mobile could have done this much better, but the problem is they just didn't inform me of what was going on, even though what was going on was going on just fine. I have this feeling that my own OCD was the problem here, and if I had just waited instead of calling in all the time, I would have been just fine.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. Even though I had them repeat my order back to me when i placed my order at midnight PDT, they still input it wrong. Also, it shouldn't have taken 24-46 hours for many of us to receive our agreements to sign. That caused mass confusion and problems too. God bless em', because they are doing a lot of things right, but T-Mobile brought a lot of this pre-order madness upon themselves.
 
I'm preparing my rant to a Tmobile CS rep once I confirm my place in line wasn't held as they promised it would be. As soon as I see anything outside of a launch day, I'm getting angry. My order still isn't showing up as confirmed either. Getting the 24-72 hour notice.

So has anybody gotten a shipping estimate yet? Do they text you or email you? I have been checking the order status page but it just says we will provide a shipping estimate soon (paraphrasing)
 
we probably wont get any shipping estimates or tracking until closer to release date
