I woke up early on pre-order day so I could be at the front of the line. Placed an order for two phones, one Rose Gold and one Space Gray. Never got my EIP email.
Called that night and was told there was no record of my order and I would have to place a new order. I refused and hung up.
I was called back yesterday and told my orders had been located and I would receive EIP emails shortly. I received one. I did not receive the order for the Rose Gold. The order time indicates that new orders were created for me right when the guy called me. And now the Rose Gold is not as available as it was. So I still don't have that order placed.
This is the third iPhone launch where I have had to deal with garbage like this from T-Mobile. I quit.
So last night I pre-ordered the same two phones online through Verizon. It couldn't have been simpler. I'm happy to pay more money to not have to deal with the inability to simply take orders for phones.
