I called T-Mo again and she said the promotional discount gets taken off each month as a line item. Really hated to sign that EIP agreement without the right payment on it. There's even a place on the agreement for Promotional credits that said $0 so it really makes me nervous until I see my first bill. At least my trade-in for my 6 more than pays off my old phone and gives me a small credit on my bill.

They're correct. The document doesn't reflect the true cost of the monthly payment because it is a promo.

There's a fine print on the document saying you'll get the promo price in the form of a credit and you have to be aware that it can take 2 billing cycles to credit, in which case you'll get double credit.

This is from first hand experience from me and others. So don't freak out just yet the first month if you don't see it.

Unfortunately there is really no guarantee that the store can process the order once it gets to this point. Not to say that our orders are lost, just that there needs to be some serious overriding of the system done, that will stop from these errors from occurring.

The store I went to asked me to turn the "Find my iPhone" feature off on the two lines (not sure what that was supposed to do but that is what the help desk told them to do). Then they told me that there might be a problem with my credit line and having multiple phones on the same line. That is something that rings closer to the truth because when I asked the EO representative what my credit lines were, he said that I have credit for 10 phone lines at $1250 per line plus 5 tablets/hotspots.

Again, it makes sense if there system is adding a $650 phone to a $850 and the credit line does not cover it. Except for the fact that the first two lines were upgraded without a problem, the phones are leases which means that one will be returned upon receipt of the other, and the fact that this should never have been an issue in the first place.

Best of luck to you! I hope you resolve it over the phone, or worst case on the first attempt at the store. Because if it is anything like my situation the store will just end up calling the help desk and more unnecessary incomplete pre-orders will hit your account. Let me know how it goes.

Finally got my last order completed. I reached out to T-Mobile via Facebook message stating my continued problems and I was contacted by a rep within 30 minutes. Somehow, the order went through, EIP signed, and now I can just wait for the phones to be delivered. Any luck on your end yet?

Well after a fiasco with T-mobiles systems apparently saying that I ordered a 6s plus instead of the 6s its finally been resolved. Apparently their system had issues during the weekend and on Monday where it changed all the orders. Luckily they said they would make sure my phone would not ship on the currently displaying 2-3 week timeframe, and rather on the original ship by 9/25

Finally got the contract. Did anyone say the downpayment will be waived but the monthly bill just go up instead? I was promised a $100 credit, but I guess don't much faith in the TMO CS after the past few days....

All my credits have been applied IMMEDIATELY. So if it's not there after you hang up with them call back. They are adding money FAST! Resolving problems? Eh, not so much. LOL.

I knew that my phone fiasco wasn't over.

After canceling the incorrect order of an iPhone 6 Plus and having them cancel and order the iPhone 6S Plus, I received my order number and EIP email almost immediately. I signed it and let out a sigh of relief.

The T-Mobile website shows no record of my iPhone 6S Plus order, only the cancelled iPhone 6 Plus order. I called them just to confirm that everything went through OK and now they're telling me it's saying that the order is still pending due to me not having signed the EIP Agreement, despite the fact that I did and I have the email with my copy proving it.

So now I'm worried that because it shows on their end that the EIP agreement wasn't signed and received, even though it was, my order will be cancelled.

Ugh. I'm not doing this again next year.

Anyone else having a similar issue?

My cancelled order shows with a picture of the phone/details that I cancelled, but the new order shows as still processing, no phone picture/details. Bummer. But I had Exec check and they said the order is there, fine, and prioritized according to when I actually placed the first order that went wrong.

Mine doesn't even show as there even being a new order.

i dont think they do- a lot of phones were left on porches or mailboxes last year
could be a price threshold where they leave it, but from my experience every phone I have had shipped to my house needed a signature so I typically/always send them to my job if I know I won't be home.

despite me knowing that most likely we wont have shipping info til next week, im still checking order status every other hour lmao.. preorder season never changes LoL :D:D:D

Interesting. They told me it would be credited on the 27th. Anyone else get a credit immediately?

Everyone claimed a signiture would be required last year so I made sure I was home. Finally the UPS guy shows up hands me my phone and walks away. So no signiture was required.

When I ordered my Apple Watch I printed out the form to leave at the door stop but the UPS guy straight up called me and told me he wasn't leaving it because he was sure it was going to get stolen. At first I thought about telling him to do as I'd ordered and that after delivery it wasn't his problem but I took it as my hint and had him leave it at the leasing office. Took me three days to get it from the leasing office but the peace of it was worth it

Executive response had told me they would call me today to reorder my phone after canceling my other order yesterday. No calls at all. Does a executive executive response team exist or is that my clue to say **** it and bail.

Same here although I was told they would call me back tomorrow. I'm hopeful that they will actually make do on their promise.

I agree and that was a serious point of contention with me, almost to the point of abandoning the entire deal. T-Mobile needs to word their contracts properly. There's no reason not to do it properly other then the software development team being lazy. If I wasn't so enamored with getting the new iPhone, I would have told them to take a hike.

Same exact **** with me. The people that actually solved problems in that department have left until October; I have two people there that always solved everything. This last one didn't even leave an extension to call back nor any type of confirmation that the conversation even took place. I am really ******* over it now.

So, I finally got my iPhone 6s+ pre-ordered and Jump on Demand Lease agreement has been signed and emailed back! I called back in this morning to make sure everything was going to go through, since they told me they would call me back this morning and didn't. They had in the system to call me back on Wednesday and not this morning. LOL wow, why even longer days? They made the initial mistake. Either way, TMO Customer service has been EXCELLENT!! I can't imagine how crappy its been in this whole process. I really lost a HUGE amount of spaces in line and probably went from day 1 getting phone to like 2-4 weeks* estimate from TMO site. was S00605xxxx to now S00620xxxx LOL Anywho, they did hook me up tho. I originally ordered the 6s+ 16GB Rose Gold and *given the good heads up/tip* I asked about the larger storage. She not only got me the 128GB iPhone 6s+ Rose Gold, but waived the $199 deposit that should have come with the bigger storage as well. PLUS she made sure I am only going to pay the $19/month for the JOD lease hardware *same price I pay now for the 16GB iPhone 6+* So, I should have like a $23 bill credit every month to make the payment for my JOD $19/month since I got in on that earlier promo before the Apple Event. GREAT thanks to the heads up in this thread and the GREAT help from y'all and TMO customer service!!

I work for T-Mobile and can tell you for sure that you won't see a $23 credit. You only get $15 if you traded in a phone during the iPhone JOD Promo. They were waiving the downpayment for higher memory variants for a few days and allowing it to just be rolled into the monthly cost. Just a heads up. Check your first bill after having the phone.

I just spoke with Cesar in the Executive Response team (Office of the President). I emailed John Legere and this guy called me.

Anyway, he confirmed that the order I put in yesterday was good to go. He said he would personally prioritize my order (whatever that means) and that I would be one of the first to receive my new phones.

We'll see. He said worst case scenario, the phones ship on Friday, 9/25 and we receive them next business day (Monday the 28th).

He sounded sincere so I'm cautiously optimistic.
This happened to my friend last year. You know when he got his "prioritized order"? He got it in October. The guy from Exec. Response team called him back and told him the reason is he is the lowest ranking associate. So, he personally prioritized it to the earliest time he could-October.

That sounds utterly ridiculous

Getting impatient, and ready to see delivery estimates. I didn't get to complain this time, so I guess we will see if I start :p I am really hoping I am in the 25th group. I mean I ordered mine around 3:30-3:40 my time or 12:30-12:40. So I'm hoping for the s+ I'll be good to go :)

awesome! Thank you for the heads up, I appreciate it! If they don't give me the credits, that they promised, then I will return the phone and get something else. Its the ONLY reason why I got the 128GB. I honestly don't care about having the more storage, but since they noted/promised/etc...the deal, I took it. Thank you for the heads up for sure. What is the return policy on that with JOD?

Restocking fees of $75 as stated on the agreement that we all signed. I was told the way around it is to refuse the shipment.
