Come on, Apple. This is the kind of crap you should detect with your QC! If people didn't have this issue with the beta, then there's no reason they should have the issue now.

My 6S loves iOS 10 and I do to. Lots of new stuff and good things :)

But - My 5S hates it. Battery drains within hours of use. Screenshot doesn't work. Lots of GUI glitches.

Not a big bummer for me, since I only use it for work (the 5S) - But the battery issue is frustrating.

Definitely happens on my SE. I think it has to do with I drive in and out of cell coverage when commuting and it seems once that happens, my phone loses cellular and cannot recover without a reboot.

Sorry Apple and T-Mobile both said it was iOS 10.
If this is still the "quality" of pre-testing Apple have now, I will stay well away from Sierra for some while!
Hey Apple! I know you release each new Beta out to the General Public to try & get as wide a possible testbed, but do you realise many of these "testers" are just kids who "have to have" the latest OS, but don't really "test" it, thus few negative responses?
OOPS ... they did it again.

The Apple PR group will be along shortly to downplay this incident.
I rarely bash Apple but wow. What the hell is worng with their QA these days?
I don't think Apple tests Carrier updates or at least makes the carriers push betas out. This issue specifically happened after T-Mobile's 25.1 update and it also affected some iOS 9.3.5 devices.
But you know, go ahead with the Apple Hate and whining

I had this issue on Tuesday. Getting a new sim card from t-mobile seemed to fix the issue. Ironically I'm getting a new iPhone 7 tomorrow so it will be a mute point by then.

Not entirely true. I've been beta testing all along with no issues (iPhone 6S+). Ever since the GM release I've been having issues and I'm on carrier 25.0.

I'm picking up a new iPhone 7 tomorrow at a cost of $1,165 CDN - I know the Cult of Apple doesn't thing it's anything more than whining or an inconvenience BUT I expect that sucker to be flawless from the first power up - got it?

Not too good of news for T-Mobile, and subsequently Apple, on this front when T-Mobile has been making so much headway in the carrier market fight. But this should be a short-lived problem and hopefully not too many people run into the problem.

Hmm. Then why is it stated that the fix will be released by Apple - not T-Mobile - if it is purely a T-Mobile fault?
But you know, go ahead with blind faith in Apple

It seems like this would be something related to the carrier settings and a carrier settings update should be able to fix it.
Exactly, Why wouldn't it have shown up during beta even GM week? I find it hard to believe no T-Moblie users were using the GM prior to Tuesday. Something weird here.

Maybe so but how do you NOT test a failed cellular signal? Just curious?

Free international text and data, and unlimited talk/text/data in the US on two lines for less than $100/month? I'm not complaining.

Yep, amazed when got a text from T-Mobile on my last trip to Europe letting me know to take advantage of my Free text and data. I also had free in-flight text on my last regional flight in the states. We on a 5 line family plan, I'm not complaining either.

This would all suggest it is an issue with T-Mobile not Apple. No other carriers globally are having issues with the release and T-Mobile have just pushed an update ....

For a company that talks so big they need to actually try telling people how it really is.

This didn't come up during the beta testing?
There will always be permutations of the hardware and software mix that the Beta testers did not know about. It could be a rare unique set of applications running that the testers did not have.

Back in the day (pre OS X), Macs could allow for system extensions created by third-party developers. Sometimes those extensions running in the system conflicted in different ways and they had to be de-activated or removed before the Macs would start properly. Because of those issue, Apple has tried to keep apps from touching on iOS system. All it takes is one bad line of code hitting against something.
