I'll drop it here. I had enough of talking about that tool.
Preds have a decent team, I still think they can pull it out. If I was the Wings I would totally start Osgood over Hasek. Ozzie has been spectacular for the Wings this year.
I picked the Sharks to advanced, but after blowing that 3-0 I'm a bit shakey.
How about the Wild baby!!! Another OT game. What a great series!
Yeah, and meanwhile both of our teams are involved in the Stanley Golf Cup Playoffs. My team gets home green advantage, we had more points.
I remember in university my roommates and I would wheel another tv into the room and watch both games at the same time if more than one was on (CBC and TSN usually). Good times....
Full screen HD hockey most definitely FTW.
Habs beat the B's 1-0. Take 3-1 series lead.
Flyers all over the Caps 6-3. Flyers Lead 2-1
Carey Price becomes the youngest goalie since Patrick Roy in 1986 to post his 1st shutout win.
gee.....didn't the habs win the cup that year too?...
1. I saw this once at the Coliseum, made me laugh, a lot lol.

2. Wow that's awesome dedication. Too bad we don't get crap here at school, let alone Versus. I reallllly hate Versus, I can't watch any games other than local games until thursday.
3. I'm very surprised as to how the Flyers/Caps series is turning out. I figured Ovy would be all over the Flyers. I guess the Caps ran outta steam?
Wow that flyers game really surprised me 6-3! I was not expecting this! No one else really who posted their predictions..
Some more on the night:
Ducks over Stars 4-2
Marchant Morrow (2)
Getzlaf
Pronger (2)
Habs over Bruins 1-0 (boring?)
Brisebois
Avs are up over wild 5-0! (3:00-something remaining in the second)
Brunette
Wolski
Arnason
Sale
Hejduk
Flames up over Sharks 2-1
Iginla Clowe
Phaneuf
1. Great pic. That's classic. Sorry Teh Don, but it is.
2. Thanks. But to be honest, it didn't really seem like we were doing anything too out of the ordinary. I guess it's a Canadian thing? Hockey's on. You watch it. It's on more than one channel? You get 2 tv's. Simple.
In 98, during the Nagano Olympics, we pulled crazy all-nighters so we could watch Team Canada play. I think some of the games were on live starting at 3 or 4 or 5 am. It was awesome. Nothing like watching hockey and drinking beer with the sun coming up....
3. Chalk in up to youth and inexperience. It's only 2-1. If the Caps win next game, it's a whole new series.
Go Flames.......
Thank you Cheechoo and Thornton!
You just hate him 'cause he's not on your team. Lol j/k, but seriously, Avery convo over... until he does something else to piss everyone off haha lol.
I agree, I think Osgood should start over Hasek. They both have experience in the post season, they're both great, yes Hasek is the Dominator, but like I said before he's 43. I like Osgood over Hasek right now, but yet and still I don't think the Wings can take the cup.

If the Rangers lose tonight, they might as well lie down now and roll over.
Penguins, can you say a week off.
Would be nice to see Nashville make things interesting, or at least make the Wings work for it a little, seeing as a win tonight pushes it to six minimum and makes fans in Detroit a bit nervous.
The Montreal v Boston game was a great game to watch. End to end action, especially in the first and third periods.
Watched the first period of the wild game and they played like ****. 3 defensive turnovers = 3 Colorado goals. I turned it off after that.
Well, that's one way for Jose to protect a third period lead: make sure we're up by 5 heading in.![]()
that must have been a heartbreaker in Calgary. wow!
I sent in a letter to the New York Islanders organization yesterday voicing some of my concerns with where the organization is heading. If you're interested take a look at the attachement.
I got a phone call from my ticket rep saying that he got the letter and wants to discuss it with me and of course try to sell me tickets (he wouldn't be doing his job otherwise).
I really liked it and you brought up some good points, now if you can get some more fans to do the same, maybe you can get something going here soon.
So how did you send it, and how did your ticket rep get it? Maybe it is being passed around which is good, but if you sent it right to your rep, just be careful that he takes it seriously and not for something that you think should be read. You might also want to address it to Mr. Wang's (is it bad that I still giggle at that?) office in hand writing or at least via snail mail, gets more personal and he might actually read it.

The Islanders should just pick up shop and leave hemptead turnpike.
Forgetting the fact its an old crappy arena (still has great sight lines for hockey) its in the middle of hempstead. Most of the arenas are in large cities which makes getting to the Coliseum a pain in the butt. You have to drive and deal with parking and getting out. You have to leave 10 minutes early just to get out of the parking lot before 11. At MSG, you can drive, take the LIRR, subway, taxi, walk etc. The lighthouse project that Wang wants to build while it is i guess nicer who wants to buy a half million dollar condo on hempstead turnpike. Also the whole going to islander games is like a circus in there. Can you explain the whole pirate theme and sparky the dragon..i don't get it.
I think part goes back to the day of Milbury and now the newer GM -- Who signs a player for 10 years
Also the B's are finished - If they didn't play MTL they mighta have a chance...
