Columbus is now winless in four - yet holds on to the lead in the Eastern Conference by a single point. But, almost as if to demonstrate how stupid the whole concept of conferences is, we are a massive 17 points behind Western conference leaders LA Galaxy, and would in fact be 6th in a unified table. The Western Conference has been the dominant force in MLS for the last three seasons.

This whole seaosn, Columbus has been very strong defensively but weak going forward. Now we are having problems defending. It doesn't look good for the playoffs.

There is if you have Fox Soccer Channel available to you. They carry the Barclay's Premier League, Serie A, Ligue1, and MLS.

Gol TV carries Bundesliga, and various South American games.

Check your local listings.

I don't have the sports package to get Fox Soccer. Might add it next year so i can watch more rangers baseball games.

• Complement the referee
• Remark how nice it is to sit these days rather than standing at nasty terracing
• Wear a big foam finger
• Take a vuvuzela

Be sure to follow these tips otherwise you might look like a tourist:

• Refer to the green grassy thing they play on as "the field"
• Ask your neighbors if there are any timeouts

....then again, if you plan on showing up drunk, you might blend right in.

Everyone thought De Gea would struggle against direct, physical, aerial Stoke, but he was MOTM yesterday. Some fantastic saves and really grew in confidence dealing with crosses into the box. Sadly Crouch made a fantastic run to beat Jones and Rio and De Gea couldn't do anything about it.

Terrible officiating. A handball in the box turned into an offside call!? Chicharito wasn't fouled?! Oh well, have to give credit to Stoke who played a fantastic second half.

All the injuries for United are getting worrying.

impressive performance from him indeed, i hope he can keep his legs together for the manchester city - fc bayern game

both teams seem to be in great shape currently ( MC: +14 goal difference, FCB: +20, 6 games without conceding)
