I love their badge/crest and yours too... And their nickname, "Brewers".

Haha! We had them at home back in December, and it was a game I was lucky to get to before Lockdown 3.0 happened and games had to go behind closed doors again. It was great to be back after 9 months!

Indeed. You’ll be fine. Once your new manager comes in and you get 350,000 off the weekly wage bill.

Re the bloated wage bill, I'm in complete agreement, but, apart from that, I sincerely hope that Mikel Arteta is given at least until the end of this season, or, even the subsequent season.

To my mind, a decent manager needs four transfer windows (to offload as well as to buy) before he can expect to have put his stamp on a team.

I’m not sure he’ll get that. I think he’ll be gone at the end of this season.

Pretty pleased, not over-joyed.

Nobody doubted Mesut Ozil's considerable talent as a footballer, but his attitude, work-rate, (and general air of entitlement) left a lot to be desired.

And, the fact that his bloated wage bill (£350,000 per week) is off the books is also very welcome.
I wonder how much the signing cost in the end? Millions.
