The Night/Day Before Thread! [MacBookPro]

I have a real bad feeling it is going to be the 16gb iPhone.

It is 12:17AM here in Australia so I am going to bed, and when I wake up... I will be disappointed.

Unless they release the iPhone here - then I will be very happy.
 
I am increasingly thinking that the MBP won’t be updated until May/June as updating them now would be too close to the release of Montevina and Apple won’t just update the MBP again 3 later when they are released. Instead I expect a price drop to pass the void.
 
As kids, none of you actually waited for Christmas before ripping a tear in the wrapping to see what you got did you?
 
this is soooo annoying, if it happens i'll be so happy! they certainly know how to hype people up!

I do not call 2+ hours "shortly" at this juncture!:)
 
strange, it should have been back by now
maybe more products get an update,
i hope the mbp is one of them
 
On UK store, Shipping times still 24hours for standard spec and 5 days for BTO.

Although the secrecy and surprises are really exciting for us who live in these forums, it makes me feel for the folk who woke today and thought, hey, I'll but a macbook pro today (or since MacWorld) only to feel a bit cheated.

Not that the older ones are not good (they are awesome) but that 'newness' feeling is something to savour.

Just my opinion...come on penryn and form factor change!! (I can dream;))
