HaHA!
I gotta admit though, those rumored numbers appearing in the inventory gotta be MacBook numbers.

does anyone believe the possibility of Apple merging the macbook and macbook pro and thats why the numbers look like it could be a macbook...

It's started...New Zealand store being updated...how long does it take?
http://store.apple.com/0800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/nzstore.woa/wa/RSLID?nnmm=main&mco=EC571521

The store usually goes down for two hours I think.

Nice! I think when they close more stores down than just US and Canada that means a bigger update. New MBPs would be a big update...

haha, we posted at the same time

I'm just glad the site has gone down a little earlier this week. Hopefully I will be able to go to sleep at a reasonable time and in a good mood for once.

Wow what are the chances of that!

it's nearly 9:30 in Australia

Hmm would love if it was true but i'm not to sure about the reliability. I mean an "anonymous email" sounds a bit dodgy.

Wouldn't take an anonymous source to generate numbers like that...

I don't know about that, it makes the gap between the BlackBook and Base MBP even smaller and does not justify the extra money. If it is true then I'll be having to go for the more expensive 15"

Australia - Down
New Zealand - Down
Hong Kong - Down

If we see any other countries joining the list then it might seem we are in for a major upgrade. All the minor upgrades of late see the US/Canadian site changed then others follow in the next few hours.

If they've gone to all the trouble of co-ordinating every store around the globe for a simultaneous change...

Agreed, but why isn't the US store down yet then? This definitely is not like the last 3 weeks...

I thought this was weird too... This isn't how it usually happens at all. Not even when it went down for MacWorld. What are Apple doing?
