XIII Did you get that screenshot and if so what are you using to get Sky on your comp.

I didn't unfortunately, someone got it for me. Nice quality though..

A mate uses his eyeTV to view Sky on his computer, not quite sure how though. eyeTV ez I think?

In just a few sentences, Fergie has suceeded in changing the image of the Emirates from a nice cosy place to go and play to an intimidating cauldron. Cheers.
Of course, had the Arsenal fans not laid on such a welcome Sr Alec would probably be publicly congratulating himself on silencing the Emirates crowd. ;)

And that's a lovely picture of the old lady in action, XIII – I suspect though that Mr Giggs isn't the target of her venom. More likey she's one of Rooney's old flames showing her disgust to her former beau? :p

Nice! Thanks for that pic. :D Very nice quality for a screen grab.

Oooooh, almost forgot about Shrek's geriatric inclinations...

A fantastic result – you can't deny it was an impressive performance this evening, a victory that'll hopefully provide a boost to the confidence of the players after a below par performance in their last match. I'm sure that the team can push on now and start getting some good results in.

Anyway, that's enough on Hull's win at Burnley – Liverpool won as well tonight, didn't they? :D ;)

Finally managed to calm down a bit, brilliant.

He is big he is red his feet stick out the bed.

Benayoun was class tonight.

Glad Babel got a few as well (although can't say he knew much about his second)

To top it all off my Macbook has shipped.

Maybe Rafa will finally realize that Crouch is worth starting after this performance.

...and I hope that this will be followed by some better league results.

It was certainly a very impressive result for Liverpool tonight, but a quick glance at the opposition soon reveals the reason why the scousers were able to dominate and outplay them so easily – Besiktas were clearly England in disguise. :p

Thats unfair on Arikan he clearly did a better job than Robinson would've.

Heh... the woman featured in XIII's picture is currently speaking on 606.

A bit of information... she's 62, has been going to see the Gunners for 35 years, has six grandchildren and is called Doreen. :D

She also reckons Arsenal could be in with a chance of winning the League this season. When Doreen talks, people listen.

Damn, that's funny. I hope someone has got a recording of it. We need more fans like her. :D

That's about right actually. I don't think we will win the League this season, at the end of the day, but we might just have a chance.

Qualified for the CL knockout stages tonight. I can't be bothered to rewrite my thoughts - I posted them here if anyone is interested. :) Can't complain, we're through and can concentrate on the League all through the Xmas period. More than Liverpool can say.

Clearly, defeat to the tigers is bad for your career. That's the second manager gone after a poor result to us so far this season, hopefully Preston will be looking for a new gaffer at 4.45 this Saturday. ;)

Jose didn't even want to take the risk, he jumped before the game, obviously the special one could see into the future and saw the inevitable....

Heres to hoping!! Is it just not a case of, Hull? We lost... To Hull? Your sacked.

Simmo is a wanker, he wears a wankers cap... He likes to wear it backwards and he looks like a bit of a TW*T!

We're better off without him. Judas!

I should certainly hope not! :p

Given our ability to lose matches we should easily win, I think some teams come here expecting an easy three points. Not always the case, unless you're bottom of the league.

The thing is, we're spectacularly inconsistent. We can take on one of the top teams in the division one Saturday and completely maul them, then the following weekend we play one of the teams in the relegation spots and we get our asses whooped, as the Americans might say. :p

It all depends on which Hull City turn up on the day or – more to the point – which Hull City Mr Brown picks on the day. ;)

Why Liverpool won't win the league with Rafa:

Benitez said:
"I was happy with the Champions League performance but I have not decided who plays in the next game.

"The situation does not worry me. I can choose from four strikers who I believe are all playing well...

It's not possible to have all four strikers match fit all the time - Injuries aside, there just isn't enough playing time available to give them all the chance to stay sharp.

I see that Becks is in the England squad...is he serious, or just looking for that 100th cap?
