Possibly the most exciting news of the day though – sorry Cardiff and Rangers fans – is the possibility of Rafa Benitez taking legal action against Colin Wanker. :D

The Spaniard is apparently incensed that the pointy nosed buffoon has questioned his honesty and integrity when it comes to his team selections...

We knew he was bad as a manager and prehistoric, but we didn't know he was a person like this.

Oh, he is Rafa. He is.

It's The FA Cup not some international competition.

Then you shouldn't have let them in in the first place. But the FA did so now they have to deal with the consequences.

I expect somebody to post 'well what about the rules in place before the competition started' unfortunately FA/Uefa seem to change the rules whenever it suits them, hence a few years back Liverpool got a invite to defend their European Cup despite not qualifying.

By comparison, the SFA don't want to give Queen of the South a European place if QoS are RU and Rangers will the title and the cup, but they've been told by Uefa to toe the line as that was the rules in place at the start of the competition!

Can't wait to see QoS in Europe, as they were the rules are the start, same as Cardiff had the rules at the start of the FA Cup.

It isn't fair though.

But explain the difference with Jermaine Defoe not being allowed to play against Spurs this season.

The rules say he couldn't as he was 'on loan' before being signed permanently, but this is clearly unfair. He was a Portsmouth player when the match took place. 'Fairness' didn't swing the FA that time.

We heard plenty of complaints from the Welsh about us nasty English being mean when Cardiff weren't going to be entered into Europe – so now they've been given the all clear to compete you'd expect them to be a bit pleased or something.

But no! Turns out that it's just a plot by us nasty English to be mean again, this time by eroding Welsh national identity or something.

I reckon should Cardiff win the FA Cup we should give their place to Berwick. That'll teach them. :p

A little earlier this evening, Miss Jaffa Cake pointed me in the direction of this.

Bloody hell. I genuinely have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. And that's saying something.

Wow.

I like the fact that after the author heard the Stoke City battle cry, he felt so moved to write one for Hull City. I wonder if the Stoke City one is any better.

I hope they don't play that before tomorrows match.

I don't want anything to distract your players from stuffing Palace and wiping that smug look off Colin Wanker's face.

And much more important, doing Wolves a massive favour. ;)

There have been a few of them crop up over the past few weeks for the teams involved in the Championship promotion tussle, I remember there being a Bristol City one a month or so ago. They're basically the same tune, just with different local celebrities and landmarks mentioned.

Fret not, the destruction of Crystal Palace has been plotted long and hard.

The abiding image of tomorrow's match will be – at the final whistle – Clinton Morrison and Colin sobbing in each others arms following an epic mauling, as Dean Windass points and laughs. :)

Sounds like Chelsea actually got up for the game. Fergie will be moaning.

United usually play the better football, but for the neutral this has to be seen as a good result, it keeps the title race very much alive.

I still hope Liverpool humble them at the bridge next week...but hopefully that won't dent their enthusiasm for the title race.

Judging by the current Liverpool score, I'd count on no humbling as of yet.

I've been watching the game so far and Liverpool look pretty disinterested while Birmingham are playing like they desperately need all three points.

Edit: Crouch brings one back. Just under 30 minutes remaining.
