I was able to get it to play in Safari, though there was a disconnect between the video and audio.

Back on topic, any thoughts about Arsenal threatening legal action against Sunderland on the tackle which broke/dislocated Diaby's ankle?

That could set a very dangerous precedent.

I haven't seen the Diaby incident, but unless the challenge occurred off the ball, it would surely be difficult to establish with any certainty that it was malicious.

By the way, does anyone know which games Sky Sports are showing on the final day of the season?

If Roy can get away with admitting in an autobiography that he deliberately set out to pay back someone by trying to cripple them because Roy was unhappy about the way they stood over him when he got injured, then I don't see how Arsenal have much hope.

I had a bit of a chuckle to myself after reading Arsene's comments on the bbc about West Ham's final game with Spurs...

Wenger backed West Ham to put on a "professional" display against Tottenham the week before their FA Cup final against Liverpool.

"If you have a cup final it is better to play well in the game before, because you never recover completely after losing the game before," he said.

"If they go into the FA Cup final having lost against Tottenham they will not win the cup final, I tell you

Those do not sound like the words of someone who is confident about beating Barca.

A ha haaaaa!!!! Gotta love Leyton Orient

A massive thanks to Leyton Orient with a side helping of congratulations and good luck in League 1 next year!!!!

WE ARE STAYING UP!!!! I am now off to get drunk :D :D :D

Well, you cut that one fine! :p ;)

The extra bit of good news from this result is of course that Orient pushed Grimsby out of the automatic promotion places... :D

Heh heh. A good day all round I think. :D I am so loving Leyton right now, and that's not just the drink talking.

30 mins to go till the end of the season

Tottenham and West Ham are 1-1 that's good but...no wait Henry just scored as I type, that's good too. 3-2

2-1 to West Ham with 5 minutes left, Jol must be bitterly disappointed. But Spurs did really well this year and I wish them the best of luck in Europe next year. They are much better off in the UEFA cup rather than going out in the qualifying rounds of the CL.

:D :D :D :D

Just got back from the match, and the 2 hours or so of closing stuff at the end. ****ing awesome. Perfect. :) I'm happy..

My question to you, XIII, is... did you get a red shirt or a white one? :p

White. I'm wearing it now.

We watched the game and the post match celebrations on Sky. The highlight for us came during the lap of honour when Ashley Cole gave his boots to a young fan – his eyes bulged, he started hyperventilating, and began repeatedly kissing the boots (the fan that is, not Cole). It was hilariously funny and touchingly sweet at the same time. :p

And fair dues to the Wigan fans who stayed behind with you to see the post-match celebrations and help give Highbury a good send-off.

Yeah, Wigan fans were good. Cheered for Seamen and the other legends. I'll upload some photos/short videos I took maybe. :p

EDIT: Are you watching Tottenham?

What a gr8 day!!!

Watched it all on Sky, and may we say a big tnx to West Ham!

Nice to see all those stars on the pitch.
So so sad to have seen the last of Highbury. Was there for the last time against Tottenham a few weeks ago, but didn't really have that "will never see again" feeling. But after today's events.... < snif >

Good to see Wigan's fans stay. And I agree with Jaffa Cake: the boy's reaction to getting Cole's boots.... says it all. Lovely to see how much that meant to him. :)

Maybe they can print some:
"Wish I were there" -shirts?

But, man I am so happy too!

Speaking as someone whose team moved to a shiny new stadium a few years back... it's strange at first, but you get used to your new home a lot quicker than you'd think. Yes, Highbury has a lot of great memories but you can look forward to seeing Arsenal making new history at Ashburton Grove.

I'm sure once I've entered the Emirates Stadium (still have to get used to that name), I would be so impressed, I could forget Highbury pretty quick.
But still, it is a new stadium without any memories...
Went to Highbury for the first time in the seventies, and thirty years later I still went there loving every second of it.

I won't be buying that shirt off ebay. Implying I was there, when I wasn't... :(

But I will buy that "wish I were there" shirt! :p

You're certainly winning in the 'MacRumors most impressive Highbury memento' stakes, at least until the bulging eye kid with Ashley Cole's boots registers as a member... :D

I think it's sad that some people are selling their keepsakes like that, literally straight after they've arrived home from the match. That kid spent the last game at Highbury sat next to one of the club's all time greats, and his signed shirt is up for auction in a matter of hours.

I hope he gets a massive bid for it, and then finds out his mum has stuck it in the washer... :p
