It's absolutely bound to be Liverpool Chelsea, it's just written in the stars. As a united fan, I wouldn't mind staying away from Liverpool in Europe, till the final at least. Wonder what the odds are for an all English final this year. Draw is 2mora, so I guess we'll see.
 
As a Chelsea fan, I really hope Man U draws Liverpool, but knowing the way draws are to us I am sure we will get Liverpool.

And can someone honestly not let United score another injury time goal. I really need them to drop points. It hurts me to say but I am basically ready to call the engraver, everything is going United's way, just their year I guess. I will pray till the end though.

If he goes to spain Ive got to put up with him more than I do now. :rolleyes: I used to like Wenger and hate Fergy. Now they seem to have switched personas and I hate Wenger and like Fergy. Its weird. Dont you think Fergy has mellowed and Wenger has become a whinging git?

Oh yes. AW does my head in, it's 2 weeks since the Carling Cup final and he's stillllll going on about it. TBH I think Moaninho has more chance of going to Barca if Big Frank doesnt pick them up and JM will do a good job at Barca, you'ze might even get to sign Sheva. ;)

How do you feel when he dives, do you turn a blind eye?

Im just curious how you can view him as your favourite player when hes a little suspect, not having a dig at you.

I (As a United fan) laugh sometimes. It's not like hes the only one that does it. Thats what gets me about diving, at that split second the 'diver' is public enemy number one, like he is the only one that does it. He's not, it bollocks. Although, there was a rather terrible example of it against Lille. Got a yellow for it as well... :eek:
 
Anyway... Champions League Draw...

Quarters:

AC Milan v Bayern Munich
PSV Eindhoven v LIVERPOOL
Roma v MANCHESTER UNITED
CHELSEA v Valencia

I'm happy, when Liverpoor got PSV, I was expecting United Chelsea, but ill take Roma. :)

Andddd the Semis

CHELSEA or Valencia v PSV Eindhoven or LIVERPOOL
Roma or MANCHESTER UNITED v AC Milan or Bayern Munich

So I'm gonna predict Valencia Liverpool and United Bayern. I think United have a good chance of getting to the final, depends how well we do away at Roma though.

All in all im happy with the draw.

Nice draw for Liverpool, no disrespect to PSV but they are the weakest team in the final 8. I think Roma/Man U could be a good one...I still think it's going to be a Liverpool/Man U final, with Liverpool winning 1-0 in a classic.

I understand he is a bit fragile when he gets inside the box, but as a football fan I can appreciate his skill and touch with the ball.

How could you not be pleased with the draw, United are on the easier side of things. No disrespect to Milan but the Italian sides aren't going to do anything this year and Bayern is having a down year as well.

Chelsea will go on and play Liverpool and that will determine the Champion.
 
I'd hardly say a first leg away to Roma is an easy tie, then either Bayern or AC. I still think Chelsea have the hardest draw and I really do believe they'll struggle over 2 legs. Got to think of it like this tho, we can talk about 'easy' and 'hard' ties, but if your in the last 8 o the champions league, no game is easy. Every team has worked hard to get there.
 
Yeah I know, I keep gatecrashing the thread with my talk of Coca-Cola League 2, but we finally lost today 3-1 away to Barnet.

He was up here today actually, saw his car parked outside his mams house (What can i say, it's not a big city) well, at least i'd say it was his car. Number plate was 'P1 PNE'... but anyway, thats off topic.
