Depends entirely on the delivery truck routing in your neighborhood. I don't think its shipped for AM delivery. They are going to be delivering a lot of phones....

Just looked on the iphone app check order, I went back to my iPhone 4s last year checked my tracking and mine was delivered 9:04Am Fedex.

When I ordered the iPhone 3GS (FYI I live in Downtown Boston) UPS was the carrier. The "level" of international shipping was SUPPOSED to guarantee delivery before 12noon ... but our UPS driver -- to AVOID a special trip because I live in a residential condo -- "conveniently" reported that there was an error in the address. So the 3GS didn't get delivered until 7PM (as all home deliveries).

My iPhone 4 order was via Fedex ... and not only did it arrive before 12noon -- it arrived a day EARLY!

My iPhone 5 is "preparing for shipment", and I am honestly surprised how fast it went through the status stages. It has been less than 24 hours, and it is on its third status. Nice!

Mine is still in the process phase. The only change is the amount of tax I was charged. It went down by about $5 from what the original invoice said. Interesting lol. I ordered at 12:04pst

Last year with my 4S, it was delivered via UPS for me and typically UPS takes till 5 pm to deliver anything to me. That morning though, my phone was at my door around 9 am.
