The rMPB BTO Shipping Thread

Mine has been stuck in Koeln, Germany for the past 28 hours. Quite disappointing, this is a replacement for my first model that was busted and to have it delayed like this just adds to the agitation.

I was hoping it would arrive today, obviously that didn't occur as it never left Germany to make it in time. It now looks like mine won't come until Wednesday unless they ship it out of Germany within the next 8 hours.

I'm in London, England.

I think we must be in the same shipment, mine's been sitting in a warehouse in Cologne since midday yesterday :/ It's scheduled for delivery wednesday so I wasn't really expecting it to hit the UK today. TBH the anticipation isn't so bad, originally i was quoted a friday delivery.

Last week with my first one my estimated delivery was Wednesday but it came on Monday. I was hoping for the same thing this time but no such luck. Last time it spent only about 4 hours in Germany, this time 28 hours.
 
Mine hasn't left stansted yet having sat in Germany all weekend. Hopefully it will be out tonight and out for delivery first thing tomorrow like the scheduled delivery date states!
 
Yup, mine's still sitting in Germany but considering I was given 6-8th as a delivery estimate it would have been extraordinary if it had arrived in the UK today.
 
finally an update - no idea what it was doing just sat there for 32 hours though !

Got my maxed out 15" yesterday and am really impressed with it. Display is great (Samsung), very fast performance, the restart sequence actually blacks the screen before OS X can tuck away the dock and desktop, and boot-up takes about 7 seconds. It is that fast. It also gave me most of the 1TB space to work with; around 985GBs. Battery life is around 14 hours with half-brightness, Terminal, and Safari with 10 tabs open. Really happy, needless to say. I actually don't even want to use this laptop because it's so awesome.
 
mine is on its way! tha annoying bit is i am working from home today, I have seen FedEx, Tuffnells, DPD, UK Mail and virtually every other delivery company around, except UPS!

Mine was shipped today! Ordered it on November 2nd. DHL > Dubai. Says delivery date November 10th. No tracking info yet available on the site, says not found... will wait a bit. Should I be concerned its not showing up on the DHL site yet? Hopefully it will be delivered sooner!

They deliver on Sunday?
 
i am in love with mine, everything about it is awesome, except for one thing i have noticed now, the trackpad, it seems a little loose, I am going to hold on to it and see how i get on, otherwise may send it back if it annoys me any further!

Ohh. Did it ship? I am excited. Was going to order to Toronto (my dad is there at the moment), but it was more or less the same price and this way I would get it sooner! LOL.

Should I be concerned DHL can't find my tracking yet?
