Has anybody tried the Flowfold sleeve (made from recycled sails) (http://www.flowfold.com/category/tablet-sleeves)? I'm an iPad n00b and long before I bought this iPad I've been drooling over these sleeves. Now, all this case discussion has utterly confused me  These looks really cool, are handmade, and environmentally friendly.

What a great use of scraps of material that would normally get binned.

Are there any skins available as of now for those in the UK?

Also, will the Zagg invisible shield for the iPad 2 fit on the iPad 3rd Gen?

Anything like the original Apple iPad case?

I really like the protective yet thin form factor of the original Apple iPad case. I also like how it is ribbed around the edges and is slightly rough so it props up easily on crossed legs for reading without slipping around.

Does anyone make a clone of this for the iPad HD?

I have the original Apple case and I'm going for the Odoyo aircoat for my new iPad:

It's like a hybrid of the smart cover/original cover for me. I hate the material of the original (it gets dusty and looks dirty all the time), this looks like it'll keep clean more easily but it's still textured and it doesn't cover the bezel. Also, I like it because it folds over in the same way as my old case rather than how the smart cover folds.

ahh now i feel like an idiot for ordering the zaggfolio. I was just worried that typing would end up being tough on the ipad. After looking a these cases, the lexington looks really promising. Also, I really like the STM skinny.

I had a Targus Truss form my iPad 1 - it was a brilliant case, very protective.

I'm wondering about getting another one. I'm rarely going to use the camera(s) so I'm not fussed about it blocking the back camera up.

Yoobao Executive Leather, but it isn't available yet.

Incipio Lexington (which I already have an order for, but can cancel) or Switch Easy Canvas....hmmm

The reviews for the Switcheasy Canvas for the iPad 2 look really grim, at least on Amazon. Those of you considering it, do you know if those reviews have merit or if Switcheasy has improved the case supposedly?

There were changes made according to their website and some threads here at MacRumors, the biggest change I recall seeing was that they changed how the cover closes on the case.

I bought the ZooGue iPad folio. I don't care if he did spam this site, he was just trying to launch his product and make it successful - he had his life invested in it and didn't want to fail. After owning a similar Marware case, I felt the ZooGue was the best option, with it's adjust-ability, for how I use my iPad

I just bought a smart cover off a switcheasy canvas owner. She is on her 4th one due to cracking.

Dos anyone recommend a portfolio case that I can bring to my daily meetings where I can take notes on paper on one side and play Angry Birds when no one is looking on the other?

I used the case briefly however it did not work well for my needs. Yes it protects the iPad and all of its ports very nicely. What I could not deal with was all of the protective flaps that had to constantly be handled. If you want to hear the speaker hold this flap open, if you want to use the mic hold this one open, for the camera hold here. Far too much aggrivation for me. I ended up grabbing a Gumdrop case and have been very happy with it, it has protected the iPad from drops, throws, spills and anything else a 2yr old can put it through.

Best of luck.

Do you think it has okay typing angles? It's not a dealbreaker for me, but the Canvas is basically everything I wanted in a cover without that damn tab on the Skinny. brb cancelling my order...

based on reviews i saw the typing angles require some awkward folding positions for the cover but it works

That looks perfect. Does anyone have any input on this brand? I don't like pulling the trigger without reading reviews and I can't seem to find any for this.
