The Miles Morales version has been included in multiple PS5 bundles, which actually is the way to go, (Unless you want the original), at this point, I wouldn’t pay full MSRP for the Morales version.

Finally utilizing my PS5! I got a 27" 1440p monitor (Acer Nitro XV272U), it downscales the 4k signal and looks very crisp. It also has HDR, 400 nits brightness.
I have a hard copy of Returnal coming in and have put off Death Stranding and FF7R after buying them early on.
I got the PS5 upgrades for both! Wow! Death Stranding is beautiful.

Death Stranding is a really particularly unique experience that I started a year ago, and ultimately scrapped it. It’s dysfunctional in the sense that it becomes so convoluted with the side and main story missions, that there’s no real progress track to where you are in the game and where you are directed next.
However, it is very fluid in terms of the gameplay, of course the cut scenes are what you would expect from Konami, The dialogue is perfect, and intriguing with the storyline. But I just think it falls flat on so many levels, that it takes a very patient and willing person to stay with this game with a directional style that is very obscure.
The first several hours were brutal for me and I seriously considering dropping it.
Finally scored my second PlayStation bundle from GameStops drop today. Includes Ghost of Tsushima, Far Cry 6, a gift card and one year of PlayStation Plus. Should be here next Tuesday. [The bonus is I am returning the games for a store credit, so I can use it for something else.]

I had massive success with nowinstock.net a year ago when I was tracking them down for my brother and I. The chat at the bottom of the page was helpful. The actual alerts from the website were always too slow, but the chat room was on the ball. You have to be prepared to monitor it pretty closely for a couple days.
I used nowinstock as well, and it was helpful. I mainly used it in web browser mode and the Hotstock for the app. You definitely have to be quick, and with the holidays now on approach, it’s going to be very difficult to find one if somebody hasn’t already.
More than that, I’m glad that I didn’t have to pay a scalper price, but Patience definitely was a virtue here.
Scalpers remain at large. It's a highly profitable side gig.
Anytime there is a drop at a retailer, some individual Scalpers buy 2-10 PS5s. Profits made are then used to.......buy greater quantities the next time.
A year ago I would have 100% thought you'd find easily them on the shelves by now.
They are the absolute worst.
I genuinely feel bad for the people who don’t have a PS5 who have been trying for months, and are having to battle against scalpers.
Unfortunately, I would say this console shortage will probably last deep in to the third quarter of 2022, likely pushing into 2023. Crazy really.

For me that's actually great. Loved Deathloop and looking forward to R&C when the price goes down further. Don't have any interest in those other three titles.
