Not good enough to go for the platinum, sorry. It was an entertaining game, but didn’t feel like doing all the side stuff. And wanted to finish Horizon Zero Dawn again before Forbidden West. Too much to do!"finished"

How are you finding GT7 compared with previous game? Do you like the cafe, progression and reward system?Next-gen has finally arrived for me. My PS5 was collecting dust for most of its first year outside of Spider-Man and Ratchet & Clank. Now Gran Turismo 7 and Forbidden West are taking all my time. Two magnificent games.

Unfortunately we have to accept that going forwards, games will have loot boxes, gambling mechanics, never ending micro achievements and rewards. I've been playing Forza Horizon 5. It's a magnificent game and I love it. However I sometime feel like there is a lot going on. The map is cluttered with a events(some are temporary) and you get rewards like money and cars chucked at you after every race/event.This is my first GT since GT5, but I have very few complaints. I wish the reward system was less loot boxy but it does ruin the experience.
I find the online requirement to be annoying, was working on license tests last night and my best time on one of the test was lost because the system thought i lost internet access (turns out you can clear the replay buffer which seemed to fix the issue for me). This is my first GT since GT5, but I have very few complaints. edit: oops. Meant doesn’t ruin
I kind of understood Sony's approach of 'online only' with GT: Sport. It was a limited game. But with GT7 being a full-game, they really shouldn't have made the game online only. The outrage they received when the servers went down last week was definitely warranted.I find the online requirement to be annoying, was working on license tests last night and my best time on one of the test was lost because the system thought i lost internet access (turns out you can clear the replay buffer which seemed to fix the issue for me).
I'm enjoying it more than GT:Sport because of all the return of the original features the previous games. And I seem to have more patience to practice driving and tune my car the way I want. How are you finding GT7 compared with previous game? Do you like the cafe, progression and reward system?
I agree. For me, Naughty Dog made the 2 greatest games of all time in 1 & 2. I'll buy any and everything they make until I stop playing games. So I played through Horizon Zero Dawn for the first time - great game, and I will most likely pick up Horizon Forbidden West as my next game. BUT, nothing has come close to topping The Last of Us 2 for me yet. That game has been the best ever for me - storyline, gameplay, the entire package was perfection.
Hopefully someone can help me out. I installed a Seagate Firecuda 530 1TB in the expansion slot. It works fine but here's the problem i'm running into. I moved all my games (disc plus digital) from my internal storage to the Seagate Firecuda 530. I reset the console and started over.
My games are on the Firecuda but I can't launch them because they don't show up on my Home Screen. Do I have to move them back to internal storage then move them again to the Firecuda?
SO Ive starting playing through Horizon Forbidden West, and I dunno, I'm just not getting into this game. Played the first one through from start to end and felt the same. Don't get me wrong, the game is great in terms of gameplay, graphics, etc, but I'm just not enjoying it enough - I feel like I'm playing it for the hell of playing it!
May sell both parts on, and put the money towards Uncharted Remastered, or Ghost of Tsushima instead......

I can't relate to these all all. I usually get bored to death with Ubisoft games but after 100 hours of HFW I am still really enjoying myself. The characters, stories, and activities have a lot of variety. The only thing I've gotten bored with are the rebel bases, which are too similar. Once you've done one you've done them all.I haven’t played it, but some acquaintances have, and they usually have this same feeling towards Horizon. I was hoping the sequel was less “Ubisoft game”, but apparently it has the same level of item collection, map crowded with secondary objectives, and that generic and repetitive feeling we all know from Ubisoft sandbox games. But still, it is pretty and I will probably play it some day.
I downloaded Sifu but have yet to play it, lol.Just got a physical copy of Sifu the other day, havent tried it yet but excited to!
heard good things, and heard they recently released a patch with different difficulties if I find it too brutal
I would've played Ghosts of Tsushima instead of Horizon. The concept never interested me.SO Ive starting playing through Horizon Forbidden West, and I dunno, I'm just not getting into this game. I thought the concept of robots and primitive people was so stupid but the story how it happened is really interesting and it makes sense. Tsushima is magnificent and I loved that also.I would've played Ghosts of Tsushima instead of Horizon. The concept never interested me.

Yeah, I think selling it and getting Ghost of Tsushima is a great decision. And if you haven’t played the Uncharted series, you should really start with those, but just paying a month of PS+ will get you the PS+ Collection, where you can play the Uncharted Remastered Collection.
By the way, I’ve taken a look at your YouTube channel, and I think you are pretty good at it, congratulations.

I'll most likely get to it when HFWest becomes a greatest hit and is on sale for $9.99 lolI thought the concept of robots and primitive people was so stupid but the story how it happened is really interesting and it makes sense. Tsushima is magnificent and I loved that also.
