For Vodafone: the phones range in close depending on the rate of your plan, from free to £189 for 16 GB version, and from free to £280 for the 32 GB version.

ohhhh I get that all the time - I never realised that was Visual Voicemail LOL!

I just presumed that's how the iPhone did voicemail - presumeably on other networks you still have to call a voice mail number or something? That would be rubbish!
yeh O2 is only network to have that feature rest use the dial up method.... not sure about new networks joining the race but it's what the deal is with current networks with iPhone

is there a screen of Voda's tariffs for 32GB over 18 months? the poster accidentally posted the screenshot of 16GB twice.

32GB prices first, then the 16GB prices:

That's insane that it's a carrier "feature" rather than an iPhone feature

Exactly. O2 is the only network that has Visual Voicemail at present. I think it's coming to Orange, but Vodafone have said they have no plans to introduce it.

Hi Everyone,

A couple of you have cleverly spotted a test page which went live on our website not long ago.

I want to stress that this is a test site, and so any information on there is not confirmed. With this in mind, We've removed a number of posts from the forum which contain information which could cause confusion.

I appreciate you're all going to want to talk about this from now, but no pricing information has been confirmed and so we'll have nothing to add to any questions raised.

We'll announce pricing information as soon as we can. Until then, please head over to the register your interest page to ensure you get the latest information as and when it becomes available.

Thanks,

Tom

What exactly is there to implement? The technology already exists on the hardware doesn't it? Boggles my mind

BOOOO TOM!!

I did notice that they changed it from a tabbed split between 18/24 mths and then shortly after it changed to the full page split - made me wonder if it was infact just a test for the layout (possibly using current iPhone tariff info)

I can now confirm that Vodafone may be offering a PAYG iPhone. I didn't tell you so though. Pricing is TBC, but data is:

500MB a month of mobile internet
1024MB a month of Wi-Fi with BT Openzone

I'm on the iphone simplicity plan and I don't get visual voicemail.

That's odd, the new plans state visual voicemail is inclusive...

I'm really not impressed by Vodafones prices. I can't believe they can get away with such high prices for so little. Simplicity for iPhone tariff really is the way to go for me unless someone offers something better.
