Went to o2 store this afternoon and never a ruder pair of staff are you likely to meet.... They were not even aware that that could even star handing out micosims tomorrow... I was told to come back on Thursday and they would see what they could do... When i asked them to have a look at their own web site with ref to availability from tomorrow i was told they were too busy... and i was the only customer in the store....![]()
I've had that from the o2 store in Southend. No idea what a Micro Sim is and tried charging me a fiver for an iPad Sim.
Explained that Customer Services advised me that they would be available from Monday in store and they had none there.
Ended up just calling o2 and cancelling the contract explained my reasons why and they said they would arrange to send me one in the post, I've transferred onto a 30 Day Simplicity tariff and if they don't send me one by Tuesday then will transfer to another network.
End of the day were talking about something that costs less then 50p to make and o2 and other networks are going to start losing at least £330 a year (£15 Simplicity deal).
It doesn't take a genius to work out they need to get there act together and quick.
