Is that for delivery tomorrow? Mine is for collection in store, but cause of the white issue really not sure what will happen!
To be honest if it's delivery tomorrow and me being in Scotland i'll be very surprised lol, but from what I am aware people in England will probably get them tomorrow. White issue on the other hand when I rang and ordered today the guy said they had white ones.... so really not sure what is going on!
A few days ago i got my details written down by the Orange store and said id be told when they come in. However having spoken to them today and yesterday i was told they dont do preorders and wont have PAYG.
Go figure....
Not heard many people talking about getting Orange MicroSIMS and their number moved over, so thought I'd share my experience.
My MicroSIM arrived today in the post. A slightly fraught conversation with Orange iPhone Support, then once they paniced for a few minutes and talked to lots of other colleagues, they finally decided to move my account over on to the new SIM. Apparently, I was 'one of the first', but I don't really believe that. Took about an hour and a half for the new SIM to be recognised on the network and now all is happy.
UPS have my handset scheduled to be delivered tomorrow direct from Apple. Very excited. Good luck to everyone tomorrow! Hope all goes well for those taking their chances in store.

That's what 'Sandy' said to me; she looked on the system and then said, yes white and black available, that she'll be there all day Thursday should I have any issues, she'd give me a call first thing and that she'd definitely hold one for me all day!

From the same store? It's very odd! Did you get the 'Keep Me Somewhere Safe' form?
My orange contract is a non-iphone contract, which i have used with an iphone for over 8 months. It took me literally 6 calls and they have finally said they've posted me a micro-sim. It was so complicated, i just hope they will transfer my contract over from my sim to my micro-sim smoothly. How long did it take for your microsim to arrive.

Orange staff have been a bit stupid in my opinion. The pre-order lists were down to the local stores and, at least at my store, they took them before they had any idea of stock levels they were getting. I checked today and my local store got 12 units in total, none on PAYG.

I spoke to someone last Thursday and they said they'd get it sent out. I half expected it to arrive on Monday, but it didn't so I rang on Tuesday to make sure it was shipped. They said it was shipped out on Friday afternoon. So took around 3 working days. They did say 4 on the phone, but I wonder if that's just to stay safe.
UPDATE.
I have received my tracking number via text. and my new iphone is safley on route by DHL and will be delivered tomorrow!!!! yay.
i can hardly contain my excitement. and no queueing! rock on.
for info cpw called and order placed at at about 1230 today.
Let's hope these issues are isolated to US phones only... They did get theirs shipped directly from china after all.

Worst case scenario - get a regular sim and cut it down, its dead easy.

Was your contract a non-iphone contract? I had alot of trouble with them. They all said different things.
