Are all iPhones sold in the UK unlocked? Or only the ones bought from the Apple Store at full-price unlocked?

So if I get my phone from say O2 or Vodafone on contract, will it be locked?

Queue began around 4am, Apple staff already in 'sorting stuff'

The black cloak that usually remains in place before the launch was removed around 5am and now we've been told that the launch is going to occur at 7am instead of 8am, awesome.

Maybe we will actually get some sleep afterall.

Place in queue, er, 2nd but could have been 1st! Gave it the iPad owner though of course, I'm aware of the hierarchy here!
