Why don't you arrange to collect it from the Depot?

Do you mean a hair got under your iPhone 4 camera lens? Did it happen after you bought it or was it there already?
They had two queues in Liverpool.
Done that, still getting the messages :/
If it's reserved then it's reserved. We were told that every reserved phone was in stock plus some additional walk in stock. They could have cut the queue down rapidly by processing the non contract orders via handsets and credit cards.
I just left the store after queuing all day. There is no way they are going to get through all those people by close of business.
links dead ???

went to apple store in leicester 3 times today.
I know it has been p**s-up in brewery organisation, but I hope apple give the boys and girls in the stores something for there work today - they looked fooked
This is the 4th rev but this is a new model so you could say it is a 1st revWith all the reports of reception issues, I am glad I held off on getting the new iPhone! Hopefully Apple will sort it and all will be fine. I remember reading somewhere a few years back to wait until Apple's product is at least the second revision. I really do hope everyone get's it sorted. I had the cracked back case issue with my 3G 4 times! However, on every occasion Apple were brilliant and exchanged immediately - go to a genius at a store though, don't bother with phoning Applecare.

Ditto.
Just a thought - is there a difference between a payg sim and a contract sim?
