Do you mean a hair got under your iPhone 4 camera lens? Did it happen after you bought it or was it there already?

i dont know.....i just checked it and it was there, its very small and it doesnt affect pictures or videos whatsoever........both of which i LOVE on this phone btw!!!

If it's reserved then it's reserved. We were told that every reserved phone was in stock plus some additional walk in stock. They could have cut the queue down rapidly by processing the non contract orders via handsets and credit cards.

I just left the store after queuing all day. There is no way they are going to get through all those people by close of business.

Ah sorry, I thought you meant unreserved phones.

does anybody know when orange will be giving existing customers micro-simcards which we can pick up from instore, and if so will they be charging for them.

If anyone's still wondering about the reception issue...it definitely requires a bumper or a insulated rubber case. I stuck on a old rubber iphone 3g one and the signal don't drop even once.

PROBLEM SOLVED.

I've finally played with my phone now - I didn't look at the screen until my sim card was activated and it was all synced up. The screen is *gorgeous*. Really has to be seen to be believed. After just spending five minutes using it, my 3GS' screen looks terrible in comparison.

Although, like everyone else, I've got the reception issues if you pick it up with your left hand. Seems to be a design fault, I don't know what Apple could do about it.

sorry for asking a question bit off the topic.
I just signed up for the free trial of the mobile me and had to put my card details. Immediately after i finished signing up i checked my internet banking and noticed a 1.91 pounds difference!!! Can it be because of mobile me????!!! thank you

Either Orange's coverage checker lied (said it was v. strong) or the whole signal bar issue is affecting my phone because I'm constantly around 1-2 bars. Bit of a shame as I've signed up for 24 months but I guess I'll live.

went to apple store in leicester 3 times today.

I know it has been p**s-up in brewery organisation, but I hope apple give the boys and girls in the stores something for there work today - they looked fooked

I got my handset there at 7:45 this morning and I agree, the staff there were awesome! Great energy and did really well tomcope
With the amount of people in the queues!

With all the reports of reception issues, I am glad I held off on getting the new iPhone! Hopefully Apple will sort it and all will be fine. I remember reading somewhere a few years back to wait until Apple's product is at least the second revision. I really do hope everyone get's it sorted. I had the cracked back case issue with my 3G 4 times! However, on every occasion Apple were brilliant and exchanged immediately - go to a genius at a store though, don't bother with phoning Applecare.

Since syncing my new phone I've had about 5 calls tonight from CPW. Wonder what they want? :D

I just ignored it.

This is the 4th rev but this is a new model so you could say it is a 1st rev

Ditto.

Just a thought - is there a difference between a payg sim and a contract sim?

Yes, theres is, they have different SIM id's, which is how phone determines what IPCC file to use, and network will I believe only transfer same type to same type via form on o2.
