How do you know that .... have you spoken to them ? Mine's due for delivery tomorrow (in the same shipment ?) with TNT, but it just says 'Shipment In Transit' at present.

Someone else in the same position as us called them- I suggest
you do too. Thanks goes to that member, I can't remember his her name, but look at second last page of 2nd July prepared to ship thread.

Call them up and see what they say.

Mine on TNT's website says: "Shipment In Transit" and on Apple's website says that the next update will be on 4-5 days but I called TNT now and they said that is due for delivery tomorrow.

they have that as a 30 day rolling contract :) but if you're a person that talks and needs internet... they do a sim only plan for £15 a month 30 day rolling where you get 300 cross networks minutes, unlimited (2000) 3-3 minutes, unlimited (3000) texts, 1gb internet, free skype, msn... :D

yeah i should but i dont want to spend more than £5 a month xD £10 if there is a good reason to go that high. Rolling no commitment contract is a must.

Three:

1gb internet
fast data
more expensive
cool carrier name
customer service if i even need it

GiffGaff:

unlimited data (probably capped soon)
o2 network so maybe not that fast...
cheaper
no proper iphone 4 support, have to put in giffgaff again in the data thing each time o2 update their info OTA

Have you ever used Three's customer services before? If not, you are in for a fun time ;)

Yes! i love fun things! Three it is! :D

Does three do bolt ons or make your own plans...
What if i go in store and ask for an unlimited internet and some calls and texts plans.
Maybe carphonewharehouse or crooks4u does something...

I took one of these out yesterday. They are doing a special at the moment with a free add-on to give you an extra 1GB a month so 2GB total. Pretty good value I reckon. Just hope I don't need to use their customer service too much!!

nice, how is the data speed?
Haven't had a chance to test it yet... they don't have any microsims in store so Im going to cut it down later. I've heard good things and the reception from O2 is what has made me leave..not having 3G at work all day. I took sims from all the networks, cut them down (every one worked) and tried them out at work. Three was easily the best reception for me.

Was that instore or over the phone?

I'm going to use 3 as I've had great signal on my iPad - the phone call to activate wasn't great, but wasn't awful - certainly not enough to put me off. So long as you have a bit of patience, you'll get there, and they were very polite.

Having said that I hope to bypass it by going instore to get signed up even though they sent me a micro sim!

Anyone else getting a technical difficulties screen when logging into their account on the UK Apple Store? Hopefully it's them making sense of the iPhone dliveries - tomorrow touch wood ...
