YES! This happened to me. I ordered a few minutes early using the app (but somehow ended up on Verizon's website thru the app) and it glitched out. So I went online and tried another order - that one went thru... but now I show 2 orders pending - both with Nov. 3. I'm afraid to cancel one in case one is a mistake... I'm going to wait a bit and call Verizon to figure it out.

I'm keeping both orders for now and if they both ship, oh well, Verizon waives the restocking fee when ordering online so there is no downside.I just checked the app and I am also showing two pending orders both with a status of "ships on or around Nov. 3" status. I too tried ordering via the app and got the error message and then later tried the website when the Apple Store app still wasn't letting me in.

Same thing happened to me.. Two orders of the same phone when I only did one order. They have different order numbers but they both have the same phone number that was assigned. I added the X as a new line.I was going to cancel one as well but I suppose I can just wait and see. Shouldn't be an issue to return one after they ship.
Me too!Basically same happened here (but it hit a bank account that I keep almost empty and transfer funds into as needed) instead of the AmEx. The only solution is to cancel your order and place a new one.. and get at the end of the line for a December delivery. I'll just transfer funds into my account and pay for it from there instead of extending my wait!![]()

I don't want to lose my 11/3 date but I am living on a college campus instead of at home. Verizon wouldn't let me change my address during checkout. Not the biggest deal, because I can get the phone shipped to me from home once it arrives, but obviously I'd like to get the phone as soon as possible!

When I preordered the 6s all was good on my preorder but I tried to make a change to my wife’s line and the order got cancelled. Learned my lesson fast.
