To Caudabe or not to Caudabe!

Does seem Sheaths are shipping quickly now. Placed an order for a Eucalyptus Sheath for the 17 Pro on Sunday (19th), shipped this morning (21st). Already has a UK (Royal Mail) tracking number so assume it's shipping from the new UK warehouse.
I got my Sheath today, still waiting for Paragon. I had Sheath for base 13 and loved it, but this one isn’t as perfect. Looks good at first, buttons don’t rattle, they are clicky and camera control button is good. But on one side (where camera control button is) where parts of cases are connected, there is a more prominent line than on the other side and I can feel it while holding the phone. It’s annoying and it feels less premium than the Sheath I had before. I don’t know if that’s how their cases are now or I got a faulty unit. Wanted to post on r/Caudabe but I guess you don’t get approved by mods if you don’t have something nice to say. Just overall this feels less premium than previous one but price is higher

Anyone with the 17 Pro Max Sheath have lenses cut-out not centered. It’s hard to capture on camera but all 3 cut-ours are not centered on mine, and I’m wondering if it’s an isolated issue or widespread.
I have the same issue on my gray and blue sheath for the 17PM. The cutouts are just a tad bit off. Not terrible but if you look closely it is noticeable.

I would echo this. The cut seems okay on mine, but rattly buttons and poor fit on left and right in portrait. Still waiting for a response regarding returns, they’ve said they will get back to me once they have their returns process ratified for the UK(!).I got my Sheath today, still waiting for Paragon. In the meantime, I got a Spigen Rugged Armor for less than half the price and is pretty good. Just a shame Pitaka aren’t making a case like my old 13PM, that was peak case for me, used it for almost 4 years.
I was really hoping that Paragon and Elite AR case will be a win since my ownership of iPhone 17 started with a Flolab screen protector issue and Caudabe Sheath issue. But I guess no win for me, instead of enjoying the cases I waited for so long now I’m waiting on a reply from support. I was really hoping Caudabe was just having a rough patch but upon receiving 2 flawed cases I can’t help but think with higher demand their QC went downhill.

seems the success hurt the quality. I hate it when you have to search for a new vendor every year.
Seems to be a batch thing, I've seen a few pics of Sheaths where the cutouts look fine. Also seen some where there's a visible seam/line on the edges whereas some look rounded off without an obvious seam as you'd expect.
