S I em

do u will change phone?
Yes, the differences are nonexistent for the way I use the phone, and I’d rather have a solid, reliable device than struggle with a beta phone. My brother has the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and he has no issues, even with a low-quality screen protector. There will be time to evaluate the 17 Pro Max, but I’m not built to suffer for months hoping for a fix.

Fully agree bro!
I had a 15 pro max is perfect in all things! Never a problem! I passed it at my wife.
And now I’m to the 3th phone! ****!

Well, if the refund goes through, I’ll let you know next week and share my experience. I truly hope Apple fixes the issue with the iPhone 16 Pro Max so you can enjoy it. I’m just an average user—I don’t game on my phone or take highly elaborate photos. I came from a 13 Pro Max, which I loved, and I’ll be fine with the 15 Pro Max.

Apple made a huge mistake with the iPhone 16, releasing it without a fully developed AI, breaking its promise, and delivering an insanely expensive, unfinished phone with unforgivable flaws. Some people have even switched to the S25 Ultra (there’s a Telegram group I’m in where this happened).

My younger daughter has an iPhone 11 with a screen protector thicker than the phone itself (Figuratively speaking), and it runs like a dream. Apple, I’ll forgive you just this once, but after suffering for more than three months, I’m switching to the 15 Pro Max. I’ll update you during the week.

Yes but knowing it is 99% fixed without screen protector is a sign of a software fix you know
No… it could also mean that the screen hardware is barely within spec, and adding a layer of screen protector is enough to block the capacitive sensing of the screen (which would have nothing to do with software at all)

We purchased the iPhone 16 Pros this week with the Belkin screen protector installed at the store. One morning this week, my wife suddenly experienced screen touch issues, specifically near the top of the screen when trying to tap 'Select' and 'Mailboxes' in the Mail app. After updating to iOS 18.3 and restarting, the problem disappeared and has been fine for a few days.

Coming from the iPhone 13 mini and upgrading to our first-ever Pro model, we absolutely love them.

I was having a bluetooth connection issue which seems resolved with a restart. I suspect the problems are with iOS.

We are still within the 14 day return period, but so far so good.

Who knows. My two launch 15 Pro Max were definitely faulty (as were several of the floor models in Best Buy that I tested around the same time), and it’s hard to say if it was just bad luck or if it was a widespread problem. But Apple never identified any issue with the 15 Pro Max touchscreen, and never issued any software fixes for the issue either.

Please all of you send feedback to apple.

Please tell them that that problem only occurs with screen protector. Even with the Belkin Ultra Glass.

Also you can call apple support and tell them. It can help for a solution in the future.

Tell them that a new iphone is not the solution because it is with every 16 Pro Max the same ...

The more people sign up, the higher the chance.

Spoke too soon!

Wife's phone starting having the touch issues again this morning in the top and bottom sections. Will be taking the phone back to the store for a replacement!

Mine hasn't had a single touch screen issue thankfully.

Disappointing in Apple quality going downhill.

I removed my screen protector and am still experiencing the same issue with touches needed along the edge (p, delete, closing tab or story, etc). My feedback is still open from October last year. 16PM August build
