FINALLY - the dude went by another 3 times then my daughter noticed a shadow walk by the window. I went outside and he was just pulling the truck away - and phone was sitting in carport.
I still haven't figured out how to get my Apple Watch connected to my phone. It seems like since the cellular went to Fraud, it essentially put everything into a sort of purgatory between the two devices. I couldn't get apps to download, couldn't get ceullular to work. Now my watch can only be setup as a new watch and I can't restore to backup. So that's super fun.

Don't understand how it can be on the truck for delivery, and then called back.
Must be a glitch since I received the same message and it still says that, yet my iPhone was just delivered.
Just got my 16 pro max delivered, transferring stuff from my 15 pro max now! 2nd year being in this thread and it was just as fun as the first year. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year for the 17! Thanks, everyone. 
Got my phone this afternoon. Display was cracked out of the box. No damage to the UPS box or the Apple box.. talk about a bummer.
Ran to the Apple Store, explained the issue, they returned the phone and replaced it then and there. Got super lucky since they had the same model on hand. There was a huge line for launch day and I’m super happy they were able to get me squared away.

Missed ups by 2 minutes and the packages left aren’t even at the right address
Same here. However, I’ve heard a few having activation or transfer issues and I had none. I used iCloud to back up.
You are so lucky you live near an Apple store. I do not and I am being forced to wait until who knows when to return mine via mail. Apple wouldn't budge and let me use this one until a replacement arrives. Really lame and disappointing. Feeling like this is the last time I give them my loyalty
I just picked up my pre-order and I got it successfully, but before I went, my Cash app card refunded me all the money. it literally canceled and put the $1300 back into my account. I went to the store and I have the phone in my hands at home now and nothing happened. What should I do? What happened? If I spend the money they can’t really do much because I have my phone right I just wanna be safe because if I know they’re gonna charge it like tomorrow or the next day, I will keep it for them to charge, but I don’t wanna wait around three weeks for them to charge it and not be able to do anything with my account . The money was taken out until 20 minutes before I picked up.
This is a delayed message about Chinese Customs, usually occurs as the fourth message after "Arrived at Facility" in ZhengZhou, CN. I was surprised it never posted as it was in every UPS iPhone tracking I've ever had. Mine showed up today after deliver with the correct 9/15 date, but someone posted it today with a 9/20 date. Not a delivery delay tactic by UPS.

I've just gone ahead and decided to set the darn thing up, chill out, have a good evening, and I'll take a road trip to the nearest store tomorrow since the app is showing all colors are in stock still. 🤦 iPhone launch day has turned into iPhone road trip weekend! Gotta keep on truckin'.
