My card was charged on 9/20 and shipped on 9/21. My original delivery date was 10/2-10/7 but it's now saying arriving by tomorrow (although tracking shows it just left Korea). I'm thinking it's going straight to Louisville and will be distributed from there. Delivery date is showing 9/24 between 2pm-5pm so we'll see. For your order there's a strong chance it's on the move but just hasn't been recorded. Yes shipments will still continue but when I went to the Apple Store on Saturday afternoon, all the Pro and Pro Max were sold out.Ordered on Sunday, 9/15 and got a delivery estimate of Oct-3-8. No movement so far. Given that they had lots of devices available in-store on Sat/Sun, I really hoped they'd be able to move up my delivery time.
Mine ended up taking a little over 5 hours to phone to phone transfer...original estimate 12 hours, then down to 8...but the last "2.5 hours" in the estimate went quick. Next year might be the year I set up as new and let my stuff come in from the cloud, and set up all settings from scratch.Waiting not too patiently for the transfer process to complete. It says about 2 hours remaining... but it's been saying that for at least two hours. Hopefully it will be done before I go to bed. What's really annoying is that I can hear that I'm getting text messages but I can't see them. Hopefully none of them are too important. Something I didn't think about when I chose transfer vs iCloud backup. It transferred the eSIM to my new phone, but I can't get into that phone to tell it to share messages with my Mac or iPad. Oh well. First world problems.

I was finally able to get my apple watch synced to my new iPhone. It took like 5 hard restarts and pairing and unpairing to finally get the phone backed up.I had no issues—cellular took just a minute and all my data transferred in under 45 minutes. Then I tried to pair my Watch and chaos ensued.
Once I finally got my Watch unpaired from my old phone I couldn’t pair it unless I set it up as new. BUT my apps and data etc did transfer.
The worst part was not realizing I needed to update the WatchOS and, as usual, that process took forever.
ETA: In my iPhone Watch app, below the messages about being unable to pair, there was an option to add a new Watch and that’s how I finally got my old Watch to pair. I could the delete the stalled-paring Watch.

I ordered mine the 16th, delivery date of 8-15 and nothing yet. Funny enough the “cancel item” button went away for a few hours but is back now! So who knows. Hmm it looks like the package has been misplaced an then opened. It really looks like it was delivered to another address and some opened to package. It looks like someone just hit the wrong button while attempting to locate your package. The incorrect label (address) is the most common report.
