Is this true for all AT&T iPhones purchased thru Apple? I paid in full and didn’t have to enter any of that when transferring from my old iPhone.Yes it is set to activate on your AT&T phone number and will prompt for the last 4 of your SSN and your Zipcode (which was on the box). It will not be locked to AT&T which would have limited it's reuse slightly.

I see UPS and FedEx pull in or back into driveways all the time. Not long driveways, all about 40 feet.Mine does it all the time. I also live in a rural area & my driveway is long. UPS, FedEx, Amazon, USPS all drive down the driveway. It's like that for all of the houses here
Same hereMy 16PM 256gb says October 8-15. I ordered early morning Monday the 16th. Wish I would have decided to upgrade sooner lol. Hoping mine ship soon though.
Depends on your station manager I guess, but ours was strict. We had a courier get attacked by a dog. She had to walk a long distance to the house and she couldn’t make it back to the truck when a dog charged her. The dog messed her up and they gave her a desk job to shut her up.I see UPS and FedEx pull in or back into driveways all the time. Not long driveways, all about 40 feet.
Wow, hope they euthanized that vicious dog.Depends on your station manager I guess, but ours was strict. We had a courier get attacked by a dog. Also, if we were caught with any type of dog spray we would be fired! You couldn’t even have it in your private vehicle in the parking lot.
They told us to run the animals over, or hit them with a baseball bat, but don’t spray them?
Anyway, we usually got it all delivered one way or another.
When I went in Saturday to pickup my replacement 16 Pro, I had an issue with my on the spot trade in (removing Find My iPhone) and asked for a mailer instead.I ordered online for in store pickup and got my phone last Friday. But I also opted to trade in my old one. The trade in kit is being shipped and en route, but I'd much rather go back to the store and trade it in. Can I?
I'm getting mixed signals from searching. Some say I can, some say I can't because the trade was initiated online.
Yea, well they had delays and now it's coming on Wednesday instead so didn't help too muchHappened to me last year.
While I completely understand your frustration with your iPhone delivery issue. The Delivery option involves delivery not hold for pickup.Really not happy with Apple right now. They have made package delivery a complete PITA. I get it's to prevent robberies but it's absolutely ridiculous they restrict you from picking it up at a UPS location.
Yes you are asking for an Exception to the normal process that requires manual approvals.I requested Apple to release for pickup on Friday and it's still not released. They said it's still "waiting for approval" with order management team.
It is not an UPS issue but the Apple delivery process since they are the Shipper paying for the delivery. It sounds like the ISPU is the best option for you.I will never go the UPS route again. Only Apple In Store Pickup.
I thought you had an original October ship / delivery date.Yea, well they had delays and now it's coming on Wednesday instead so didn't help too much
Hey guys, originally my phone was scheduled for early October but on Saturday it changed to shipped and it has been in a china warehouse since then. Is it normal to sit there that long?
Were you trying to pick up at the UPS CC or have the package redirected to a UPS retail location? This is not true. My wife had two failed delivery attempts on Friday/Saturday and they still wouldn't let it be picked up.
We made multiple calls to UPS after that 2nd failed delivery and they would not allow anything- no pickup or redirection. The only thing they would allow was changing the date/time of the 3rd delivery attempt. They said anything else had to go through Apple. When I contacted Apple, they said there was nothing they could do at this point. Were you trying to pick up at the UPS CC or have the package redirected to a UPS retail location?
UPS stopped allowing pickup at the UPS CC as a general policy last year after last September's iPhone launch. But a poster on this thread was able to pickup their iPhone at their local UPS CC on Friday. They just pulled it from the big Brown truck before it was out for delivery.

No worries it tends to happen every year. And Apple and UPS are always making changes that seem to just be seat of the pants or on the fly. The Saturday re-delivery attempt varied widely this year. Some UPS markets had no way to manage the Modification to the shipping introduced by UPS in Louisville on Friday. In good news, UPS has finally acknowledged a hold for pickup for my phone. Sorry I’m a little testy.
