I have 190mm sized wrist, and after a few attempts trying to measure my own wrist (you'll feel my pain)
I have drawn 2 lines on paper, I think the Large is going to be perfect, it actually doesn't look much bigger (maybe around 2cm). I've ordered a Large and will exchange the Medium, if all goes well
Just missed the Large this morning at 6am, then at 10am came back into stock, very lucky as my return window for the M was slipping.

Awesome, how far round does the orange tab go? My main worry with the M/L was it would be nearly touching the watch once fastened.
That is a RARE strap. I've got one on order, not delivering until Mid-November!
would love to see a shot of it on your wrist. Curious as to the fit of the S/M
I’ve heard every watch on the cellular plan since the series 3 and every time when restoring from a backup I’ve had to call EE and they have to transfer the plan to the new watch using the EID number
Will be sure to take some when I’m home, maybe in the morning.
Love that band, I may have to pick one up whenever stock comes in, i'm already getting a little miffed with the alpine loop - I still use it regularly to show the ultra off a bit but that looks a great successor to the sport loops!
It looks like Amazon has the Ultra with the blue/grey Trail Loop in S/M and M/L available for delivery tomorrow for anyone interested.

For anyone near the Gateshead Metrocentre, the Apple Store there has the Black/Gray Trail Loop in stock (S/M). They actually have all the Trail loops in for S/M... no M/L though.
I walked in on the off chance yesterday and picked up the Ultra with the Green Alpine Loop (medium). They weren't showing as in stock but they said if they don't have many they won't show up on the website but it doesn't mean they don't have any. Worth popping into your local Apple Store if you can.
You mean trail loop alone, no watch? If so I may pop there for opening tomorrow and see if they still have them. I have one on order for November!
No, in with the ultra aw. That said, they brought out a trail loop for me to try on when I was making up my mind between it and the alpine loop so they may well have a selection to buy on their own as well. Worth popping in. I think they mentioned more would be turning up next week as well.
The Trail Loops have never been available for sale on their own yet as far as I’m aware and probably won’t be until the end of this month at the earliest.
Interesting… they had some and got one out of the packet for me to try. As I wasn’t buying one separately I can’t confirm/deny what you say but they have some in stock!

Did you see them with just the trail loop boxes (no watch)?
I might just pop over anyway. If they don’t have them separate to buy hopefully I can try one on and see if I like the trail loop.
They brought out a trail loop in its box to the table and opened it up for me to try on. That one wasn’t part of the Ultra Watch package, it was a standalone strap.
When I bought the Ultra watch I wasn’t sure whether I wanted the alpine or trail loop… which is why they brought out a boxed watch strap as it was easier that opening up one of the Ultra watch packages. I ended up with the green alpine AWU package in the end.
I think the confusion maybe the fact that as I wasn’t going to buy the strap on its own, I couldn’t confirm whether Mr C above was right… that is, they weren’t selling them on their own yet. I’ve personally never heard that they weren’t for sale. Hope this clears it up 😀

I love the alpine loop too, I got the orange, super comfy, but wanting the trail loop for running.
