Ive gone through loads of beard trimmers over the years, I am really enjoying this Phillips one. It lets you set the length and battery last for ages, can get it wet etc. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-Beard-Stubble-Trimmer-Blades/dp/B07JJF3Q2D/. I would avoid the we remmington beard trimmer as it stopped taking a charge just after a year.

Phillips make good trimmers.
My current one I've been using for a good 15 years or so. I don't have a beard but it trims my back, sack and crack very well

Ah fingers crossed you get it soon! I’ve heard crazy stories of delays over on BabyBMW thanks to the chip shortage.

As for the car, I love it. I only went for the 218i but I specced it quite well (Mineral Grey Auto - Tech Pack with the HUD, Comfort Pack with Comfort Access, and the Driver Assistance Pack). It’s been an amazing car since February - the HUD is something I can’t live without now. I barely look at the instrument cluster anymore and when I do it feels like a distraction. People have polarised views on the look of the 2GC but I like it. I will say that the MPG could be better. It’s good but it’s not as good as my old 1.6 Focus.
Good to hear. I’ve had an Audi Q2 for the last 3 years, which has been fine but I wasn‘t very excited at the thought of another Audi. The interiors seem to have taken a step backward, whilst BMW has upped their game.

Drove a 1 series and liked it, but the 2GC looked a bit more grown up. Got it in Sapphire Black, spec-ed the Tech Pack and Comfort pack, with the Magma Red leather seats (my only concession to a mid life crisis).

Supposed to be arriving w/c 22nd Nov but I had a look on Baby BMW the other day and I‘ll be surprised to see it by then - dealer hasn’t been in touch to advise a delay yet, though.

I wouldn't mind moving out of the UK but I'm too invested - main thing is uprooting the kids education.
The UAE looks very appealing - may take a trip out there next year to take a look at prospects....... I'm thinking I could put my current house on rent (which is mortgage free) giving me enough to get by over there quite easily (leaving me somewhere to return to after a few years if we wanted)..........jus trying to convince the wife!!!

North West of England here, not too far away from the Welsh border. Nice to see the UK get some love on the forum. Mainly use this forum for troubleshooting and looking in the community sections like this and picture gallery.

Hoping we don't see any lockdowns over Christmas, really hoping the UK gets to a 'good bill of health' and survives the winter.

Hi. I’m in South Manchester, Cheshire.

I’m just hoping we don’t run out of gas/petrol/food this winter!

I did - 20 years ago and ended up living in the American Midwest.

Looking at returning in about 5 years time.

Hey everyone! I live in Whitton. I'm a 5 minute drive from the Twickenham Rugby stadium. It's a nightmare on match days lol! I was also in Worcester for about 7 years. I'm registered blind, and I went to a residential school and college for the blind, and then I went on to another college in Hereford for 2 years. :)
