Still waiting for mine to dispatch from Apple, despite ordering at 7am yesterday when it stated dispatch within 24 hours. The adapter I ordered at the same time dispatched within a few hours though.

Just wondering here guys, but does the 14 day return period apply here in the UK? Only asking as with buying my iPad Air yesterday, I'm kind of seeing how much I end up using it after about a week or so and then deciding whether it's worth it to me to keep it (considering I have an iPhone 5 and a Macbook Pro). So long story short, if I decide that it's not worth it, will Apple give me back the full £399 even though there's absolutely nothing wrong with it?![]()
Just got home with my brand new 32GB iPad Air from Currys for an amazing £251! Thank you and good night.
That is exactly what I'm wondering about. I also tried the local Currys but they didn't have any either.
How come Currys are selling them so cheap? That price is unbelievable for a 32GB iPad Air.

7 days by law but retailers can be more generous. However, the DSR only refers to unused/unopened items. If you try to return a used item the shop is entirely within its rights to refuse or ask for a restocking fee.
Check the T&Cs of where you are ordering this from.

Bought the Air from Tesco Direct and off to collect tonight after work.
But I'm honestly still undecided between the Air and Retina Mini.
So just wondering if anybody has any experience of returning ipads to Tesco Direct - basically if I open it and use it tonight to give it a test run will I then be able to return it within the 14 days if I place it back in it's plastic wrapping?
Term on the website say
We ask that you look after the product whilst it's in your possession and that when you return the product to us, you also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
But doesn't seem to be explicit as to whether you can actually use the product to trial it, so just wondering if anybody had any first hand experience?
