Same as mine:

Production week: 36 (September)

Exciting!

They never seem to show up for me. I don't think my iPhone 5 did when I ordered that on Apple's site either.
Was logged into my account when I ordered.

I ordered two 6 plus 16GB... I figure use the cloud and save the money.

One is from Apple and is prepared for shipping like you other guys and one was an upgrade from 3 which I am also meant to recieve on Friday 19th.

I won't keep both but I wanted to play safe and hedge my bets by ordering from two different places!

UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

Though I'd got a plus 64gb on upgrade over the phone with Three for launch day. Was very happy and excited after spending the day after a night shift waiting. An hour or so later they call and tell me it's going to be Three weeks late.

I didn't get an email confirmation and nothing is on my account, just that I've upgraded. No delivery dates or anything in the text or on my account. It's pissed me off and I think I'm going to cancel the preorder. I might go for the regular 6, since I'm having doubts anyway. How quickly will I be able upgrade again after cancelling? Three were just a sham today and don't need anymore drama. :-(

so I just got my fraud prevention message from Santander at about 1am here. Confirmed it obviously.

My Apple order has already gone to 'preparing for dispatch'. Should I be worried or have they accepted the order regardless?

If they have thats one less thing to worry about. I think my rent payment bounced because of it though which is pretty **** as I'll incur a late payment fee now due to Santander's late response.

I'm changing from Three to move onto an EE shared plan. 20gb, unlimited minutes and texts. Saves the three of us around £15 on our current tariffs. Fortunately the other two people barely use 1gb a month :)D) and one of them gets an iPhone 6 out of it at a pretty reasonable price once her ip5 is sold, I think the difference was around £60.

:apple::cool:

Relax i'd say. Your order was a minute before mine, maybe mine was ordered a minute before your and email confirmation was a few mins late. When checking make sure you login with the same user+pass used to place your order and using https://supportprofile.apple.com/ <- that link

Ya, I'll just leave that for the night and check back tomorrow, and yes I am using my correct details, it has my old orders :).

When you order online am I right in saying that Apple charge the full amount straight away ?

From Apple directly? Yes, since its factory unlocked with no ties to any network provider, just pop any Sim card you want.

Can you tell me the details on the shared plan thing.

I'm on Three but was going to look at EE as better signal and also 4G now rather than wait for Three's 4G in my area.

How much is the shared plan and how much for others on the contract? I'm similar situ whereby the others would use less than a 1Gb whereas currently I'm using out 7Gb/month.

I've pre-ordered a 6 so would rather go cheap shared plan as possible if allowed as wife has an older iPhone which is fine for her use.

Thanks

Got no serial showing yet, but preparing for dispatch and still showing delivery 19th so not too worried.

But how do the carriers justify their massive price increase?? My mrs is on currently iphone 5 with a £37 a month tariff which is 600 mins and all u can eat texts and data.....but the same tariff with the iPhone 6+ is suddenly £57 a month??? Both phones are priced the same at the time they were released.....that's what I don't understand......both were £699 on day 1. So why £20 a month increase??

In Three's case I guess it is to cover the "4G at no extra cost". Though they still say it's at no extra cost.

Thinking about previous launches, can anyone tell me what to expect from Meadowhall, Sheffield next Friday? I've got to be somewhere for work just round the corner at around 9 and wondered if I'd be able to get in and out in time.

My 6 is a week 32 (August).

Hmm...early production models always give me the heebie-jeebies.

Hopefully its trouble free.

Ordered at 8.25am gold 64GB 6 + but delivery not till 10th to 17th October, it's a mystery as I see people who ordered similar spec much later getting delivery on the 19th, Same thing happened last year. Rang Apple last night and they said it was the most popular spec and even when I said I knew people who ordered later getting them sooner said they took a lot of phone orders at 8am and that is why sold out so quick. Never thought of ordering by ringing Apple Store. Usual wait to see if can get one reserved but really seems like a lottery.
