Oh, will be very very long,

although knowing it won't be here till later next week but can't stop looking at the confirmation email and checking the order status :cool::rolleyes::D;)

Same here, I am checking the page almost every hour just to make sure I did order one and confirmed for Friday :cool::D:eek:;)

Hi all, I've found a deal for 64GB iPhone Plus on EE:

24 months
Unlimited Mins
Unlimited Texts
10GB 4G

£124.99 up front
£43.99 per month

So all in all £1180

How good is this deal?

Overall, it's a decent deal. For EE specifically, it's excellent. The regular handset price with EE is £329.99 on that tariff.

Anyone else getting this in the Support Profile?
What's wrong with that? You can't have activated a phone you haven't recieved yet.

Production week: 35 (September 2014)
Factory: C3

iPhone 6 16GB Space Grey

Using Three SIM only @ £15 per month:

Unlimited texts
Unlimited data
4GB tethering allowance
2000 3-to-3 minutes (Three added this in for me, not part of deal)
200 any UK mins
Hi, how did you do this? Over the phone or in a store? Would be useful as my whole family is with Three and a few friends too.

Your reservation is linked to your Apple ID that you reserved it under. When you walk in the store you find an employee and tell them your name or Apple ID which they look up on their little computer. They will tell you where to queue if there is one.

I'll be surprised if they actually ask for any form of ID. Anybody just walking in saying they have a reservation won't be on their little computer thingy so won't get very far!

This is spot on I think. Spoke to a guy at Apple Cribbs Causeway, where mine is reserved. He said just make yourself known to a staff member. He reckons they will ask for ID to match to the registered details of your Apple ID.

I planning to walk straight past any queue that might still be there when I get there and grab the nearest person in a blue shirt. Then it's just a case of do as you're told.

I'm taking a 3 year old who I'm training to cry if he's kept waiting too long though!

Hey guys, I preordered 2 iphone 6's on monday morning via EE upgrade so should get on friday. I was undecided about the 6 plus just from not holding it before hand.

So my question is if I am able to change to the 6 plus once they are delivered if I feel I want the extra size?

Is this possible are there any extra hidden charges or a time window or is this not even possible.

Thanks all

From iPhone 4 launch memory, you just tell them your Apple ID and they look it up on their iPad and grab your phone.

There's nothing wrong with it per se, it was just weird that earlier only my wife's i6 was showing and I could click on it and get the build date.

Now mine is showing too, but when I click on mine or hers I get that message and I don't see anyone else getting it and we're all in the same boat here.

I have had the message also since my iPhone showed up in the site, the phone isn't active since we don't have it yet and nothing to worry about, just ignore it until you have your phone and activated.

Sounds great then!

After 90 minutes of queing in the preorder queue ( or at least that was my experience with the iphone 4 release. Although I believe they are now allocating people 1 hour time slots so that may help spread things out a bit)

He's not talking rubbish, there was people camping in the car park and trying to hide inside. They had to get security in to patrol at night, there was a lot of them.

Around 30 - 40 of them in the queue with one guy going up and down passing money between them all and telling them which models to purchase, it was ridiculous.

I was referring to the exaggeration about selling out in 15 minutes.

I've been seeing a lot of hate for the Plus... I'm excited about getting mine. :)

I haven't notice any hate, in fact a lot of people I spoke with here are going for the Plus version, no wonder it was sold out like hot cake. :)

He's talking rubbish. Although I do like the idea of plant pot stowaways.

Mine went through at 8.37 and 8.40 so might be a specific type/size/colour combination that sold out first? He was lovely, and once I got served the service was, as it is normally, excellent.

I also love the idea of people hiding in the plant pots. Crazy.

I was wondering, when you all get your iPhones, will you use it straight away without letting it charge first for few hrs? or use it while plugged or something?

It'll probably come about 70% charged, and I'm stuck in the old habit of running things flat then charging them until full because of the fallacy that doing so extends battery life. I know that's not the case but I'll end up doing that anyway.

Ya, I usually just use the phone straight away until it needs charging and let it. :)

10 to 17th October delivery schedule. Guess there is little to zero chance of that being changed to earlier :( ordered at 09.31
