It's not paid for. Its a 6+ silver 64gb and the timeslot is 1-2pm. I don't think they'll transfer it over to someone else?
I think he was asking to go in with you, he'll pay for it if he can use your pre-order.
That is if he was being serious.

Cancelled my order with CPW (or I will this week when they call me)

Went with a pre-order with O2. £50 upfront. £53 a month for unlimited mins/texts and 20GB 4G. The good thing is now thatI can walk into the O2 store at any time next Friday and pick my silver iphone 6 64GB up. Not relying on getting it delivered. Going to pick it up myself at 8AM :D

Had £400 left on my 5S contract, got £285 for the phone and paid £50 upfront. Altogether then I paid £165 which I'm very leased about. Thought the 20GB data was decent too as I was going to get a £48 a month that was exactly the same but had only 2GB worth of data.

Still waiting for the Three pre-orders to begin. This wait is insufferable!

Got it at 08:20

The site came up for me at 08:20, got a straight 6 64gb in minutes, no problem, delivery 19/9. Email received 2 mins later.

:)

Pardon my ignorance, but what shipping service does the UK apple store use? Royal Mail? I'm an american service member stationed/living on an RAF Base and I am wondering if there will be trouble delivering on base if it is not royal mail. FYI I already ordered my 6+ from the UK apple store at 0830(something) and got my processing email at 0840 w/delivery on the 19th :)

From past experiences with iPhone deliveries mine have arrived with UPS, TNT and Fedex. Never Royal Mail so far. I think Apple use a central carrier to receive a bulk delivery into the UK and then use other couriers for local deliveries.

Just pre-ordered the 64gb 6 model in EE store on the Strand in London.

All good except they got my email address wrong on the receipt.

No big deal as you're just reserving the handset and will complete the contract selection on Friday. I'm sure they'll be quite a big rush then...

Based on those prices, O2 might be losing my business...

I've got a loyalty discount applied to my account at the moment though, so I'll give them a chance to save it. Question though: if you ring up and ask for a PAC, are you committed to leaving once they've given it? Or will they ring up later to try to persuade you to stay?

CPW order acknowledged email at 8:23 this morning but nothing since then :(

I was on the phone to them earlier trying to cancel the order I placed with them, I was told they'd call me in the week to confirm the order.

I just left O2, once they give you have one you have 30 days to use it to close your account other wise the account stays open.

Took my number 2 days to port.

From what I've seen O2 is the cheapest? I wanted to swap to EE but at the same monthly cost and data/mins O2 has a £50 cheaper upfront cost.
