So...are you guys going to go to your Apple stores to collect or just have them shipped to your house? There is an Apple store near me (in Belfast) but I don't fancy hanging around in crowds for too long so I think that I'll just have it shipped to me.

So I've paid a bit more than a lot of you guys then!..

I can't find the curved glass screen protector. is it out OOS?
And are you able to provide links to all those other items you bought? None of them were on my email

I went a bit crazy on Spigen cases thanks to their email.

Some of the cases were shown at £3.99 on the email but when you click through theyre £2.99

Total arouns £17.90-ish

Do these prices tally up with what others paid?

Im hoping this is not stock clearance of old stock though and will fit the new 6s

I'd ordered 4 Spigen cases each for 99p on 7th Sep from Amazon UK and received 3 cases y'day. As you could see from the picture that it shows it's for both iPhone 6S/6, defly not old stock. I guess, you should be fine too!

Got my Watch delivered to a local convenience store as I was at work, I'm assuming this is possible with iPhone too?

I think it's for Liquid Crystal. Two cases are with 6S/6 tag like that I'd attached and another one like yours - just plain box with a small tag 6S/6 sticker.

I'm Belfast based too, if they offer reserve & pickup like last year I think l'll do that and pick up at 4 or so. The queue for that was only 15 people or so last year, not too bad. If they don't I guess I'm queuing from the morning.

While this is accurate (bar the actual prices) what's actually happening is that you're leasing the phone... when you take a second new iPhone after 12 months, you're starting another 2 year commitment... so essentially... you only get a new phone every year if you commit to continued payments of £40 / month to Apple, for ever.

What they didn't make clear was what the exit strategy was... theoretically, if you start paying £40 / month.. take a new phone after 12 months, you're in for another 48 months....

So.. 2x new iPhones... will cost you £1,440 (@£40 / month) over 36 months

Correct I should have added that I guess they way to look at it would be year on year if your constantly upgrade. Just look at what you paying on a yearly basis rather then looking across 2 years (because of the swap and upgrade per year). You'll just be refreshing the plan every year.

I'd also like to know if it's possible to get a pre order delivered to a UPS access point on release day.

No one really knows, O2 are saying Coming Soon. They all try and hold off as long as they can.

They told me the prices for o2 will be up on Saturday. Was told to call as early as possible (their lines are 8am to 11pm) and to check the site before hand, so you never know. Info might be available midnight into Saturday or at some point before 8am.

I have a £500 Apple store voucher in my passbook, can I spend this using the Apple Store app? What about iTunes credit?

I'm glad someone else read it like I did it's been screwing with me all day. Thinking I've over looked something here.

You never know hey might bring it the UK soon.

Although as I typed that I'd imagine it would have to be done on a release of a new iPhone or a few months after so it lines up with future releases

They did say itwill be rolled out just not when - I reckon prob by Christmas or soon after

Just had another look at the iPhone upgrade Program in the US. Its actually based on a 2 year contract but with the option to trade up for the new model after 12 months.

Technically you could upgrade every year but if you didn't you would still have to pay off the remaining 12 monthly installments and then i guess the phone is yours.

But you only pay for the phone part over 12 months. Your network contract is seperate

I think I would like to pick up in store for the fun of it. I think with reservations it is quite quick. Plus it will stop me tracking the UPS guy all day!!

Well they have already said pre-orders go live on Saturday so it goes without saying that their prices will go live by Saturday. I think last year the site went live shortly before 8am and the prices were up then, it kept freezing and crashing though - that was a Friday, I think it will be even worse being a Saturday.

The "Skip envy" bit looks good.... No prices yet tho....

Skip envy
Get iPhone 6s on our 30GB tariff, and after 12 months we'll buy you out of your contract and swap you to the latest phone.

Pricing coming soon.

Am thinking 1. they are giving huge amount of data (that they know mist people wiont use) to justify a high monthly tariff and 2. what is the point of 2nd year cover when the idea is to upgrade after 1????

Gonna be a 'mare in the morning. Call in at 8am and browse site at the same time and quickly decide on what tariff etc to take up. Still, not complaining :)

I'm not sure if they have changed it but last time i checked you couldn't use vouchers from the App store.

if your worried about not making it in time for the first wave of pre orders, then i advise that you use a credit/debit card (if you have the funds) to make the purchase then once your order goes through call up Apple and say you would like to change the payment method to vouchers.

I had to do something similar when my payment card got cancelled for the Apple watch
