Im the same, taken both numbers from Apple store track my delivery and entered them both with my postcode on the UK Mail website and nothing yet. Has anyone got UK mail tracking yet?

Try giving UKMail a call and ask for the tracking number, that's if it is due for tomorrow. There should be one by now I would have thought. It would be sitting in a main hub UNLESS they give it once its leaves there which could be very late tonight.

This is interesting. 3 new iPhones coming to my address with 2 different couriers! Mine is with UPS and my housemates are coming via UK Mail. Gonna be tension in my household friday to see which courier turns up first. lol...... Knowing my luck mine will come last and late in the day, I can see these guys teasing me all day. Come on UPS you can win this.
The race is on!!

Please keep us updated on this :p

I agree, I change mine every year now and always buy Apple+ Care so the who ever buys mine get s great deal. Hopefully the Apple lease option will come to the UK and thats me sorted. In the meantime where's my iPhone 6s - tracking not working for DPD, what???
The only thing I've bought apple care for is my rMBP as that's a keeper.
I don't see the value of apple care for an item I'll have for a year which a combination of warranty and insurance through my bank doesn't give me.

Anyone with a UK Mail tracking number? It doesn't recognise to number on the UK Mail site, perhaps it's not live yet?
Hi same here, it should go live some time today when UK mail actually have the phone in their hands, I think at this point they only have the pre-advice of the phone.

As someone who used to work at the Genius Bar, consumer law will apply to all products purchased from Apple Online or an Apple Store, but NOT from a carrier or third party retailer. I've swapped devices many times under consumer law provided the damage was not caused by user error (smashed screen, liquid damage, etc).

Other retailers, especially carriers, will do everything they can to not cover things under the consumer law -- at least in my experience
That's good to know. I wonder why they tried charging me with my 4s even though the guy said it was faulty but not due to my error

I guess the "no" refers to the fact that they network lock to the first SIM inserted. Phones direct from Apple don't do this.
But here is a pro-tip for anyone buying from John Lewis:

Get a Three SIM and put that in first. It will network lock to Three... However, Three will unlock this for nothing as in free, gratis, no charge. This phone then becomes fully unlocked exactly like the ones from the Apple Store.

To add... if you do decide to purchase the phone or any device from somewhere other than Apple directly, any warranty claim made after the first year must go through the place of purchase or whomever holds the warranty or insurance. Anything beyond the first year, accidental or not, will be a chargeable repair through Apple if not purchased from Apple

Hmm... DPD still not tracking. I guess it'll happen later today. Really curious which address the phone will be delivered to. The order status page shows my home address (where I changed it to yesterday over the phone) but the dispatch email shows my office address, which I won't be at as I was given the random day off.

Not a massive deal, just would mean I have to trek to the office to pick it up... a trip I would much rather avoid on a day off!

I'm not sure that's right? Won't it just lock again to the next sim?

when i was pre-ordering from the apple website i wanted to select local pick up but that option was unavailable so went for delivery instead .. just realised john lewis are doing local collect .. i think next year i will go for local pickup ... mine is a newsagents 2 mins walk from home ..

My order on the O2 site still says "in progress" and when I click on it it says "This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later."
Have you tried doing this on the full site on an iPad or something? As it gave me the same error on my iPhone but gave me tracking details through a laptop or iPad..
