UK iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus Thread

How long has it been stuttering? Could be that it's indexing your stuff (same with your friend) and will get better once that's done?I set it up as a brand new iPhone.
My friend is having the same issue on the i6 so looks to be a software issue.

Spend £5.00 on an eBay case! It's not too late and could save you from more damage if you're the butterfingers type.
Mine was doing that yesterday, would unlock it and not be able to select anything for a few seconds and then operating fine. Been fine this evening and I've not experienced any lags when unlocking my phone, so figure it must have been indexing.
There's a thread about it somewhere. My phone was completely unusable for a while. What solved it for me was reconfiguring an HTTP proxy from my wifi network. Bit weird but working perfectly now.
Yeah! Just managed to bag a reservation for a Gold 128GB 6S+. Hope you managed to reserve what you wanted as well.

Part of me just wants to stick with 6s I got yesterday and maybe get iPad mini 4.

I compared every iPhone 6s on display yesterday in store with my 6 and all of them were slightly more yellow.
The 6s plus looks more blue like 6
Correct. But wasn't 100% happy with the handset! Maybe I'm being to fussy but the sleep/wake button did not feel right and on the bottom part of the switch it was sunken in to the chassis.
Shame, I'm switching back to the 6S
The plus is too awkward to use in public and I was happy with the smaller screen but going to miss this battery life. Everything else is great tho, I'm normally not really bothered about returning and such but I feel like the best position for me is to move back. The size is great at home tho
The 6s+ is a nice phone but like you I did find it awkward to use and I'd be worried I'd drop it! The 6s will be great, it's a nice size and weight - feels better to handle than the previous 6 as well IMO. The only down side is that battery life will be less, but far from terrible!Shame, I'm switching back to the 6S

Yeah the plus is great! I'm really happy with the 3D Touch because it works so well for me and I thought it was gimmicky but it's very natural.
Yeah lugging it out of the pocket seemed like a chore, that was my ultimate gripe. Didn't really care about one handed use but it'll be nice to get that back.
I'm unsure on 3D touch just yet, I haven't really had much time using it and because I've never had anything like that on a phone before I guess I kept forgetting it was there! I'll give it another try once I get my other 6s tomorrow.
So I ordered a 6s + 128 rose gold for delivery on launch day then managed to reserve one for launch day collection. Last year with the 6+ I had to get 4 replacement due to various defects sharp glass edge, scratched back, loose home button and it was a real pain not being able to just pop to my local Apple store for a replacement as it was an online order. So I opted to cancel my online order and use the reservation and collect in store.
Normally it takes 30 mins to get home from work and I left early and had over 3 hours to get to the store to collect my phone. I got within 3 miles of home and the m25 was closed there I sat getting more and more frustrated why today ! Anyway I missed my reserve ration slot and the store closed too I got there at 18:30 and could see the new phones through the glass
. I called the store who said there was nothing they could do 
my only thought then was at least it was not me in the accident it could be worse at the end of the day it is just a phone.
I then thought I know they have the phone still as my reservation was 17:30 - 17:45 so probably not sold, anyway Saturday morning came and unbelievably by 06:02 I managed to reserve a 6s+ 128 rose gold
could not believe my luck. Well chuffed with the new phone and no defects I can find so far. All worked out in the end.
Next year I'm taking the day off work if I order a 7.

That's good luckily apple Have improved the quality of screen and body so you are less likely to cause damage
Managed to get my girlfriend a Rose Gold 6S+ yesterday in the Buchanan Street shop yesterday with a reservation. So we had an overnight trip to Glasgow to get the new phone. She is a big fan of the Rose Gold, I like it although wouldn't have it as my own phone.
I made a 5pm appointment to allow us to travel down but got there earlier than expected and the shop took us no problems at all.
They were shifting iPhones like nobodies business yesterday when we were there.
So the Space Grey one that is coming via the post tomorrow will be sent straight back, and hopefully my own Space Grey one will arrive from O2. Although not going to lie the delivery of that one is not looking likely due to there being no movement in it which is starting to frustrate me now.

I'm a bit underwhelmed of the 6S.
My 5S is far better made, a better size and the battery lasts longer. The 6S is like a modern MX5. Bigger. Fatter. More electronics. The older ones are still better! At least I don't need to use it that much, as the Apple Watch really is brilliant.
6S - a fantastic tablet, just not a very good phone.

Yes the battery isn't much bigger than the 5s, 1715mah vs 1560mah but the iPhone 6s is quite a bit bigger and has more tech to power under the hood! I'm rather disappointed that Apple decided to shrink the battery in the new handsets!
